can you show a leg day to accommodate knee issues. my knee pops out of place every time i do a squatting motion and it hinders my ability to work quads. please and thanks

Man these females are so OBSESSED with glute work! I mean they're squatting all the time (which is terrible form) lunging all day,glute kickbacks, and this exercise where you place the bar on your hips and raise up ( never liked that exercise) and stiff legged deadlifts where they're not working glutes is all lower back! And they're already taking ass shots to develop a big ass! I mean it's crazy in the gym! And they may do something for their arms maybe some kickbacks for triceps! Lol!!!!!
