Have you ever felt it so easy to play video grames, social media when at the same time studying / working on a side project etc. is so hard ? I am talking about the feeling here. Its probably something normal for many of us to crave looking at our phone / scrolling through social media etc. But do we feel the same about reading a book ? Fantastic video . Thanks a lot sir ! Key takeaways: 1) try dopamine detoxing once a week. ( sundays ) to bring back your motivation levels 2) Avoid high dopamine activities in the mrng. (1st half of the day ) Productive morning -> productive day

I would say if you embrace boredom for a while (it can vary from person to person, try it for a few days), you will start feeling motivated for stuff that really will help you more forward and achieve your goals - things that may take time - like studying, working on side projects etc.
