Ive watched a lot of his content. There’s only 2 ways he really mentions: 1) either you have other assets you can borrow against. Home, car, guaranteed money in bonds… the bank doesn’t care what you get paid each month, the bank just wants to know you have something of value you could sell or they could take, to pay them AND they will take the property anyways if th8nbs go badly. Or 2) you find the deal and partner with someone who HAS the money already and they include you in as a small % and you build up from there. That’s it. Those 2 ways

Well I kinda take that back a little. Things like this are clearly just a marketing pitch for whatever he's selling now. But I've watched / listened to a lot of GC in the last month and he's completely kick-started my drive for 'making-it' Whether BS or not, his energy, drive is infectious 😌💪
