The US is well known to be one of the most aggressive tax countries in the world.
Which is why it might surprise you why actually one of the kost common business structures for global entrepreneurs who have the freedom to set up their business anywhere is a US company - specifically, a business structure called the LLC.
Because believe it or not, as aggressive as the US is towarda all of its own citizens and residents, foreign owners, ie non us persons, are able to run a completely 0% US tax company by setting up a US LLC and running it from abroad.
Despite the fact that I live in the UAE, I actually have a US LLC myself as ny main operating company that is then owned by my UAE holding company, which is what many people here do, and today I am going to explain why that is, whether you might benefit from a structure like this yourself, and everything else you need to know about setting up US LLC and keeping is compliant with all the relevant laws while paying 0% Us tax.
But there are some major caveats to this, which we will go over, so MAKE SURE you watch the entire video because this is definitely a more advanced topic which requires proper understanding or else you might end up in big trouble with not just the us but the gov of the country where you actually run this company from.

Nice video thanks. Keep in mind that with a USA based company you will need to be USA export compliant which means respecting all USA sanctions against many countries and companies / people that operate in those countries (e.g., China, Russia, Cuba, Iran, etc...) en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_sanctions
