I am still surprised about how much my hair changed over the past 3 years by only making these few little changes. If you liked this video please give it a THUMBS UP! :) x
You are very pretty and your hair does look healthier. And youre right about regularly trimming the hair, it gets the dead/damanged ends off so that the hair can grow longer properly rather than just breaking off or splitting and never appearing to grow longer. People that left negative comments have too much time on there hands and dont know what theyre talking about. Thanks for the tips!
For FINE, FLAT hair, ALWAYS get a BLUNT CUT (dead straight across the bottom of the hair). Layers and "cutting-in" with the scissors for hair cuts make fine hair look even thinner!!
Maybe I have 'thin hair hypersensitivity' because I have thin hair myself, but I notice a big difference! I do the same thing with tying up my hair into knots while wet and sleeping on it overnight if possible to get nice waves. I really appreciate these tips because they are practical and straightforward and aren't trying to sell me something, lol.
Your hair looks gorgeous! I have fine, thin, relaxed hair that close to your texture when flat ironed. I'm about to get it cut like yours! I've always had very fine hair, even as a child with my natural hair. It's always been an issue...and I've stressed and cried a lot. I realize I can probably never grow my hair to BSL like I want.
Cutting hair in no way makes hair grow faster. It gets rode of split end. Hair grows from the root/ scalp. However the OI line is amazing for preventing breakage.
I wish I had 1/2 of the hair you have. It’s fine but it’s not that thin. Even when it was long. Not thin but because it’s fine it may have seemed thin. I agree it looks way better at the shoulder length.. Gives it more volume and the ends look way healthier. I tried cutting mine shorter. Didn’t work because my hair is just so fine and thin.
My hair is actually shedding massively. So much as if it looks like im on med for cancer treatment. My hair used to be thick cause of my half genes from Iran. But now for some reason I'm loosing massive amounts.
Ok so I went to buy the Davines Oi shampoo and its not cruelty free which is bad but It also has a ton of unpronounable chemical sounding stuff in its ingrefients, i mean loads!. As for her hair colour its now mousy brown no longer blonde, she has it highlighted twice a year which adds up to alot of blonde going in over the years!
Hi Jolie! I love the bun beachy wave technique. Can't wait to try it! Q: are the elastic bands you use the key to the "pinching" of the hair or do you think claw clips can achieve the same results? Or a softer less damaging wide ribbon tie? I guess you place your bun where you want your first wave to begin? Thanks!
My hair has always been below my waist long and kinda heavy but it's starting to get a lot thinner than usual, so I'm very concerned about it right now.. There's no volume at the top anymore... Thought of getting it cut like you said... (Fingers crossed) hope it'll make a difference 😭 I'll sure miss it tho 😓
Very good video. Very simple and to the point, I like that, I'm going to follow your steps. My hair is pretty damage so I need to leave it alone and will try the products you mentioned. Thanks!!
Take one BIOTIN tablet daily. Takes a few months before you really NOTICE the difference, but a year's supply is cheap and the results on your hair (and nails) quality is AMAZING!!
I'm a boy and 21 years old. I have thin hair and since 3-4 months i take Biotin tablets everyday. One tablet has 10,000 ug Should I take more than one tablet ? I'm kinda worried to get sideeffects. Greetings from Germany✌
Hi.
I tried the Devines oi shampoo and unfortunately I have to say I don’t like it… I wash my hair twice with it and I need to use a lot of amount to be able to wash my hair properly. I bought the smaller bottle to try it out just on 31st December and already half of the bottle is gone… even though the Olaplex does not contain too laureth sulfate it needs very small portion to make foam.
You were very skinny maybe this was the problem, plus cutting hair does not make it grow faster, hair is dead there's no communication between the ends and the roots
Tess Jo correct cutting it doesn’t make it grow but it does prevent the ends from splitting , in this way it’s not staying in a fragile state and breaking off and splitting up....so it SEEMS like it causes it to grow because you are “taking care” of those ends. Also the finer the hair the more fragile the hair strand is in the first place. You probably already know this but others may not. Cheers!
@@laurapicht I agree with you! While cutting the ends don't make the hair grow faster...it does help maintain length as you get to keep much more of healthy length with each cut. A 3 month cut I usually have to chase a ton more damage than I do at a 7 week refresher cut. : ) I have fine texture naturally curly.
Hi!! Same problem! Bought all of the products you recommended - do you use the kerastase mask after shampooing or before? And do you use the conditioner after the mask ? 🤍 thank you for the video!!
nope obviosly not, just would be awesome if influencers promote more cruelty free options.. and when viewers read through comments maybe people will be more aware to not buy into the animal testing route :( actually i thought she was vegan? or am i wrong? @@liviam273
Melissa Latzel ok but its her choice, Why to make pressure on all influencers. There are bigger namest with bigger audiences and they do not promote even to take your own bag...
Your hair looks very nice ! I wanted to try the mask by Kerastase but it unfortunatly contains Parabens, very high up in the ingredients list. I try to avoid these ! Do you have tried other hair masks as well ?
You seem very nice and I’m subscribing to your channel. I talk on my channel about my hair in some videos... I’m trying to keep it healthy and got a trim a few months ago also I wash my hair once a week sometimes even less than that..you look very pretty... great video...
Well, I think it is often just phrased incorrectly...cutting hair more frequently DOES allow your hair to be longer! HOW? When you cut more often you find you will need to remove less length in chasing the damage. So technically, over year, if you have had a 5 cuts as apposed to just 3 you will find your hair IS longer. Cutting your hair more frequently does help you grow your hair longer in a shorter period of time. ; ) Suppose we are splitting hairs in this conversation? Ba ha ha! I think so. : )
Even though hair grows from the roots , if you have split ends your hair will be breaking and your hair will be growing and you won't see a difference in your hair , so it's better to cut a little from the ends
Meine Haare werden leider sehr schnell fettig deswegen wasche ich sie so jeden zweiten Tag. Ich probiere es aber so gut es geht zu minimieren und benutze auch oft Trockenshampoo :)
Yes it does!!! If you cut off damaged ends and leave behind healthy hair strands then you have healthy hair! It doesn’t just look healthy, it is healthy. Because the damaged parts are gone.
It’s really inconvenient that we have to watch and pause the video again to find your products because you don’t list them in the description after two years
blonde hair tends to get darker with age, she is not a brunette, nor is she lying about it. The contrast between her natural dark blonde hair to the lightened parts is what makes it seem ''brown''. If she was dying her hair from being a brunette to blonde her hair would be way thinner than it is.
@@0121-x2jthis is the weirdest comment ever...blonde hair naturally looks darker at the roots, in fact a surefire sign that hair is dyed is if it's blonde all the way to the roots in one single shade. Natural hair gradually bleaches with time the longer it's exposed to sunlight, so obviously virgin hair closer to the scalp will be darker...I was born with platinum hair and my hair looks identical to hers. Imagine accusing a complete stranger of lying about the hair that grows out of their own head 🙄
