I work two jobs, school, assist in children's ministry at my church and I have been doing this for two years straight and will be graduating debt free with my BA this year along with straight A's! I also have a learning disability as well. So it is possible to do anything as long as you put your mind to it and especially with God’s help as well! :)

insight of samantha I’m not against hard work or someone doing full time school and work but not everyone should work full time and go to school full time. Example: If you major in STEM, Law, Medicine. These majors aren’t Mickey Mouse degrees. If you commit full time to any of these majors and try to work full time, chances are your grades will suffer. These majors are extremely demanding and require more hours than liberal arts and humanities majors. The courses are way harder and there are labs and projects. I’m not saying it is impassible because people have done it. I’m saying it isn’t wise.

I have no choice but to work two jobs, live on my own, and go to school. Right now I'm just working two jobs because it's summer and I'm in the process of transferring colleges. So, I will be a full time student and working woman in the fall. I work 40 hours a week at my normal job, I'm a full time college student (trying to obtain two degrees online at once), and while I'm at all of that, I'm trying to start up/run my own business, which I put in as many hours as I can into that between content creation, store updating, social media post creation, and pretty much anything I need to do for it. My life feels absolutely insane trying to accomplish all of this, and I definitely do procrastinate with my schoolwork because I feel so busy, and I typically feel like I don't have much time to myself, so then I go spend a ton of time to myself. I definitely needed to hear this.

Once I got to the university, I couldn't handle going full-time. The classes got too difficult to the point where my performance started to drop. 3 classes was the maximum I was able to handle. Yes, it's ideal to go full-time, but that's not what's best for everyone. The point I'm trying to make is do what's best for you. DON'T COMPARE YOURSELF AND YOUR PATH TO OTHERS! Throw the idea of a timeline out the window.

It’s hard for me to sit down and study. I have to go over something repeatedly because I’m a visual learner. So I have to read, write notes color coded and all, type up the notes if I have to. I only remember by repetition. Which is incredibly time consuming. I’m so scared of going back to school because of this, and I’ll be a working student.

I am also a visual learner but I've found a method that really help me is to teach others and also do LOADS of exercises and create little quizzes while I'm at the transportation to my classes

Thanks for this video. I work 3 jobs (2 full-time & 1 Part-time) I earn over 100K a year and I am single. I have never been or would never get married. It is so much cheaper and safer to stay single, debt free and drama free. I live alone but I am not lonely. Life is good now when you lost everything in the stock market crash of 2008. I will never rely again on one income you must have multiple incomes to survive in 2019 and beyond. I currently live on one salary and for my two other salaries I invest and save the rest. This is the new American hustle...working multiple jobs and saving everything. BTW I do not have a life but it is ok.

That is so awesome that you're capable of doing so much and all for yourself!! It's very true, sometimes females aren't the best for a man and sometimes men aren't great for females so there's no problem with being alone! I work 2 jobs too and do a college degree. 8 to 3 job and a 4 to 9 job alongside with 1 hour of lecture per week. My strategy is to buy a diary with a day per page and organise your day out,prioritise things and dont do tasks that don't add value to your life. Also give yourself some time per week for down time or self time. Every Sunday, I go to the sauna and release steam.

Great advice for me to hear rn. I need hella motivation to help me get going. I'm currently pregnant, due in March and I want to be enrolled in classes in January. Problem is, I don't know exactly what I want to get a degree in and I'm pretty restricted living in a small town. But I want SO badly to bring in extra income doing something I enjoy and not dread, as most people do of course.

It’s my humble opinion that regular life gets put on hold and the competition to be the best out of everyone as individuals is skewed. Regular life ought to happen according to schedule and as normally as possible. This doesn’t happen because this is America. No one can get ahead unless they can pay for college. I literally just paid off 20 K and now I am back in college again because my degree was ultimately worthless. And it’s from an accredited university.

I have a part-time job now as a dental assistant. I'll be going to college in the fall this year. I agree, time management is probably the smartest move you can make right now. It's possible, it just takes a lot of willpower. I also do all the chores in the house, make time for my family and I'm prepping for my fall classes this summer. As long as you have some kind of planner, it's possible.

After 2020 and having no job, being in lockdown etc, I finally got a job like 2 weeks ago and now just got a interview invite for a retail job. All of this while in college. How do you manage the scheduling? What if job #1 says come in on Mon but that's the same time as your shift for job #2?

I assume u reserve certain days and shifts for certain jobs , for instance Monday , wednesday friday for job 1 and Tuesday,Thursday, Saturday for job 2 or you can tell one job u can only work mornings and another job only nights

Get off social media and inform everyone what you’re doing/planning to do. That way they understand your time constraints and priorities. And just know that this is ONLY a season and not forever! You got to really want it! I deal with FOMO a lot and comparison & it led me into depression. Failed my classes and withdrew, that’s how bad it got. I have to retake my classes so I can apply for nursing school & that’s OK. But now I’m mentally ready for the challenge! I’m prepared to get off social media. Do not feel bad for yourself! 6 months of hard work will put you ahead of others our age that’s just partying and doing whatever!! Keep your head up Queen! ❤️

5-6 hours at each job! so between 10-12 hours total gone from home! Sometimes I would only work 4 hours at one job and like 6 at the other. It just depends!

You really need to set aside time for each separate course to avoid confusion and frustration - invest in a planner , sit down and plan what you will study for what course each night . Makes it less stressful , sticking by it is the hard part

several of the classes for those are going to overlap anyway. Check out the requirements at schools you are considering to get an idea what will be ahead of you. Most people have to double major to get enough credits to complete a degree unless the school has already put together a "program" that includes classes for 2 majors in one title. I completed a chemistry program major that was a chemistry major with minors (almost a major) in biology and math.

for me is like 1 job is ok part time job but don't will be my prioritization will be just something for I'm buy my future pc my cellphone this stuffs and I want get some school clubs Like basketball and hockey for example I will just took 2 because I don't will have time for more and for I'm enjoy college and people for that reason the clubs anyway and somewhere in my schedule I will put 1 hour of gym I will start when I got it to college do to many thing

No! High school is normally Monday-Friday from like 8AM-4PM/5PM. You wouldn't be able to work two jobs on top of high school. :/ Maybe you could but I know I personally wouldn't be able to.
