On August 4, 2020, a massive explosion in the port of Beirut devastated the city, killing over 200 people, injuring 6,000 and causing billions of dollars in damage. We walked through the streets of the capital and visited the heart of this tragedy. Unfortunately, we realize that the country is not much better off than it was two years ago, when it suffered the biggest non-nuclear explosion in history.
