I finally went there on July 1st and just rode Raptor twice, one with double belts and one without with just one push. Plenty of room on Millennium Force test seat and actual ride. Power Tower both sides, painful experience on Steel Vegeanace lap bar, did fit easy in the test seat and a push on actual ride. Gatekeeper, Maxair Skyhawk are good rides, but Blue Streak very rough
Love your videos. Very informative with alot of great tips and suggestions. The wife and I are going Sept 6&7 and staying at Hotel Breakers. Will be the first time in about 5 years. Looking forward to it and your videos are getting me even more pumped! We're from Fort Wayne Indiana. LET'S GO!! Peace ✌️
I absolutely love that glorious trek across the causeway to that iconic Cedar Point Skyline!!! Thanks for that wonderful modern tour of my childhood escape from reality!!! Many well wishes for your continued channel success and hopefully I will have the opportunity to pay a visit soon!!!
Honestly, you won't see changes till next season, since we're already halfway through this season. Then we'll see logo changes, how they manage the staff, etc. But we'll probably get some things in this merge from upcoming events like Fright Fest or Holiday in the Park
Can't wait to go on the 28th. Hope to see ya there Not Your Normal Guy. I think this merger will be better for the companies and people coming to enjoy the day at the park.
I wonder if Six Flags is going to tighten things up. I have been going to Cedar Point for years and this year things seem a little out of hand. Line jumping, vaping/smoking, asking for a water glass and stealing pop or a slushie (I would say this would result in increased charges next year for the drink deal.) Actually a young woman was assaulted for asking another person not to cut in line a couple of weeks ago. In the old days Cedar Point enforced their rules a lot more. Hate to be a downer because Cedar Point is a great place, just seems a little off this year. Maybe understaffed? Actually the pop and Slushie stealing is driving me nuts, Sorry.
I was at Kings Island last Friday, and pretty much everything was business as usual. Though I’m not sure if it’s because of the merger, I’ve noticed more merchandise leading up to the point of sale registers at the shops (like you’d see at a lot of retail stores that have queues at their registers). Still saw ride supervisors wearing “Cedar Fair Supervisor” shirts
I'm excited because I'm going to Cedar point this Thursday July 11th 2024 and I'm very very excited !!!! I Love riding Rollercoaster 🎢 Your videos 📸 are always awesome 😎
As someone who works at Cedar point we have been told we won’t get new uniforms until atleast next year if not 2026. Any in-park changes won’t start until 2025 or 2026 too
The new company name should have been Simply Cedar Flags. The way Cedar Point, and Valley Fair names was smashed together. But That Makes TOO MUCH SENSE!!🤣
The vast majority of people never knew that their local Cedar Fair owned park was owned by a company called Cedar Fair. The name Six Flags is known around the world. Here's the deal, this new company is Cedar Fair doing business under the name Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.
@@gus24seven Yeah, it was Six Flags that was responsible for the Demise of Geagua Lake. How people tend to forget about that. I used to visit Geagua Lake on a regular basis going far back to the early 70's because I had relatives who lived in Cleveland. Geagua Lake had such a Beautiful Charm, and Death Flags Completely Destroyed It. Cedar Fair tried for 3yrs to bring back that Beautiful Charm, but the damage had already been done.
