How is This BGC Condo is ONLY 20K? Philippines 🇵🇭 Action Camera I use: www.insta360.com/sal/go-3?ins... Patreon: patreon.com/user?u=83988142 Email: mergimvlogsyt@gmail.com Instagram: mergimvlogs
Bec he's caught on the Filipino attitude of hating...😂 Lots of hate going around towards bgc and Metro manila in general..when he posts clickbaits those haters pile on and shout market is crashing market is crashing in bgc 😂 You know the drill , they're also all over Philippine Reddit 😂
There’s not any. Listen to the very first thing he says. If 3 of them move into the condo it would be 20k each. So the condo was actually 60k or $1079.14
The first condo asking for 50k a month? That's a big joke! That's too expensive for a space like that!!! As if it was giving hotel feels!!!! The 2nd condo asking for 65-70 is very well thought. The mirrors on the wall makes it look bigger and the space is well used. With soft closing cabinets in the kitchen ( kinda small kitchen, may for someone who really doesn't cook)
the whole BGC is minimum 1000/sqM and will go up depending on the furnishing and improvements. You're lucky to get below 1000/sqM otherwise with faults
Having three of you in that condo would be fun. More content would be possible, and you'll be able to save money on rent. The space is really livable. Make it happen, Mergin!
That's a great idea to save some cash by sharing ..20K -23k plus utilities. .but would be quite crowded for 3 adults. A tower or two with a little view my preference ..good feung shui. Its nice to see your friend Sho again. Cheers everyone!
Hi Mergim, it was a real treat to see you today at Venice Grand Canal. You made my day! Thanks for introducing us the BGC. We are enjoying all the Christmas lights, all the restaurants and vibes.
if there is no formal livining room, its a "studio". I dont know why they call studios a 1-bedroom unit in the Philippines. And the dinning room table is in the hallway lol
Wow.. nice condo units Mergim. Is there entire building for rent too?😂 that’s really nice location though near to everything when you go to the market or parks and train stations maybe.
Given the either too hot or too wet weather in the Phils, I don't understand why the pools aren't covered. Not having covered pools makes them not usable for much of the year.
The furnishings looks more like they bought from IKEA. Rent price is quite ridiculously high. I’d rather invest my money in a House & Lot. Pretty obvious their market targets, single or expatriates. Nice video by the way, been away from the Philippines for years, now I get to learn more how my home country became greedy in terms of housing rental costs.
That first one is is about 400 US that’s a steal the second one is less than what I pay now in rent and is way nicer. I’m really thinking about moving to the Philippines.
For bare you can get a studio for P15K a month. Looking for P20K a month there in BGC with a great bed, don't need TV. I already have 1 offer for P25K but with a surplus here of vacant units, they'll be fighting to beat for a lower price. This is because many owners don't want to pay HOA monthly while they still abroad working. The electricity and water also will be cut if they fail to pay and it's a hassle for them because he said he had to fly back to Philippines to get re-apply for utilities connection anew and that costs $4000 trip for him as he has to stay for 3 weeks to maximize the trip. Just target owners living abroad. More than half the units in BGC are such.
Mergim, see if you can advertise it to room with 2 other people willing to be on your vlog. You could save money. They save money. ideally, Filipinos who will teach you how to speak Tagalog.
Yes, that’s why I turned it off after 3 seconds. As soon as I find out something is clickbait I turn it off and give a thumbs down. If someone uses sexy pictures in the thumbnail, I don’t watch at all. I click on the, not interested.
3 sharing the unit will cost each $21-22 k. He emphasized it very clearly at the end and all depends if the owner allows it, The title of the vlog has a question mark after the 20k meaning its not for sure .
The owner in that first unit is kinda greedy because they wanted to be rented out their condo for 50k and the place is so tiny the lightning is not good not much area...c'mon....geez
First place is nice but 50k to listen to construction noise day and night? Try 35 😅 The second place reminds me of Avida Riala Tower 3 in IT Park, same lighting and really nice to stay in 😊
wow, friggin a 8k a month doing it more ethically Mergrim decides to jump into the slimy sludge of youtube greed. sigh. frick. watched n commented too much. feels like seeing a friend becoming lame suddenly. unsubbing. sorry.
