The "Fortnite dance" is actually a dance done by the actor that played Turk in the show Scrubs did in the show. So it's actually older than Fortnite. Fortnite just took many dances in the game from Scrubs.

One of the big things that makes aim in TF2 different then other games is that a lot of your aim isn't just with the mouse. Especially with scout, learning to get yourself aimed in their general direction and then using your movement to dial in your aim gives great results. The faster the class, the more you end up aiming with movement.
