That's not how champagne is traditionnaly made. There are rules and if they are not followed it can't be named champagne. I think it's called "protected designation"

@@sebasszebass4154 There's no rule for adopting certain terms from other languages, generally it's because there's a lack of translatability, because it sounds fancy or good, or even because of marketting or even geopolitics. But you can't expect the whole world to use a specific word from a specific language when there's an easier option, or if they don't know about it. It isn't even wrong to say "capsule à champagne" in France, which directly translates to "champagne hood". Yeah sure, we french people like to use english words at our jobs and everyday lives to sound "in the move" and "modern" (which is arguably cringy in some cases) but this isn't a case of "you owe me". American people didn't choose the words we adopted from their language as we won't choose what they take from ours. You really don't have a point here.
