As a lighting expert, I was excited to see the step by step manufacturing process. I have sold GE (Current GLI) LED products for many years. Their attention to quality is second to none. Your facility is the first one I have seen to employ the same standards and practices from design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Well done! This is why I am willing to spend a little more for quality lighting products from Diode Dynamics. I understand the need for quality optics, heat sinks, vibration testing, and quality control. Not all LED products are created equal and it’s clear from this tour that you have set the bar high.
Recently purchased a C1 HitchMount LED for our 2024 Toyota Land cruiser and very happy with the quality of the product. Very well made and love the functionality.
Great Video, no fluff, every minute filled with info... and The spokesman doing the tour did a great job too. I've spent over 25 years in the lighting industry and have visited many production facilities during my tenure. I can honestly say I am very impressed by your facility. It is clearly among the best I have ever seen. There are many other lighting companies that don't come close to the technology you are using in engineering and production. I now know where I'll be buying lighting for my Bronco.

Had elite series headlights on my Jeep. Super happy with these products. Now I have SS3 pro fog and SS5 combo crosslink lightbar. Maybe add another amber lights or cover in the future. My jeep still doesn't have enough lights........ Really can't go back to other brands anymore and Diode Dynamics has great customer service. I am so happy with my lights setup now.
I was impressed with Diode Dynamics' excellent customer service. They honored the 3-year warranty on my 2-year-old super bright brake light for my Mazda Miata. One of the LEDs failed after around two years of use, and they swiftly sent me a free replacement. Thank you, Diode Dynamics!
Paul, how are you? It's nice to hear the technical information from your mouth! Any thoughts to update the SL1 led lamp? For example why not produce an H4 led lamp? Morimoto seems to be ahead of you in this regard. You know, the H4 led lamp they made both illuminates the upper reflector and heats the headlight glass. What do you think about it, thanks
Just purchased my first set of light bulbs for my Tacoma and I have to say it is very impressive what you guys do, it is clear from this video that you guys are proud of your infrastructure and process. As as "well seasoned" electrical engineer and IT leader, I can tell you that your companies "wow factor" isn't just the awesome engineering and manufacturing...it's also directly attributed to your leadership and others who know how to build a high performance team of motivated individuals! Would love to work for an organization like DD! I've just ordered earlier today on your Black Friday sale some holiday bling bling for my 2021 Bronco. Love the SS3 pods and the ability to totally change the persona of the module by swapping lens is a great engineering feat. I've changed ditch pod with Combo to Flood and it's awesome the quality and the beam pattern differences per lens. I'd like to better understand the engineering in fabricating the different types of lens. Anyhow, my newly ordered SS3 Pro SAE Fog (amber) were ordered today and I just saw where they were packed and shipped same day! Thanks again and if I'm in the area, I will plan ahead to visit. Unfortunately, since yellow headlights are not approved for SAE standards, it is very unlikely that we will make them. We can still pass that along to our engineering team for consideration!

Great video and a very neat and tidy work environment. Finally something that’s entirely made in the USA. But I would like to see some comparisons to other products out there like skyline elite vs DD elite or elite max. I bought both and the skyline doesn’t even provide the amount of lumens.. my first choice was DD but it was sold out and I had to replace those halogens on my jeep wrangler jl 2023. I’ve got the elite now but still need to install them.

Great videos 👍 Driving Simulation is a very excellent setup, don't know how accurate is that compared to real world. And boy I didn't know that you had an SMT line and you assemble the circuit boards in-house. And pls 🙏 sell the 4300K for all lights directly like how you do 6000K and 3000K. I know it is adding varaints but lot of people will get benefited.
