To be honest, the actor who played Brian May can't ignore this part of himself even if he wanted to. He looks exactly like Brian, he would have to receive a face transplant to get rid of it.
I'll close my eyes and think it was Brian May talking in this interview instead of Gwilym. He really embodied Brian May maybe because he's British and that's an advantage.
I'm crying because of how much they put into these roles. They showed the members of Queen so much respect, and did it with so much care, love and passion. They are great actors and even more amazing human beings. I have so much respect for this cast. ❤❤🤘👏

I assume this interview was done before the release of the movie, and with its huge box office success, I hope it does propel the careers of these actors--this is the only interviewer who has asked that question. They have all been working actors for a long time, in what most would consider already-successful careers, but BR could potentially raise their profiles sky-high. Rami is already on the way, but Gwil, Joe, and Ben deserve that recognition too. I hope they get it.
I went to see the 2 top movies (for me) - Bohemian Rhapsody and A Star is Born. Awesome movies, loved both of them - but being a fan of Queen since the 70s, I have to say, there never will be another movie to compare with BR, the best of the best.

They’re all so talented wow wow wow. The movie was incredible it’d definitely my favourite film. Insane work and I couldn’t believe how much they each resembled to band so so closely. Crazyy. They’re such great actors I m rlly looking forward to what they all do in the future I can’t wait to see them in some more stuff
They were all brilliant. I have been a fan of Queen for decades now and I can honestly say watching them all in the film was like watching the real things. And I saw Queen in their entirety live three times. They did an amazing job.
Loved this - thank you for sharing. I've never seen a movie in the theater as many times as I have with this one. Currently 7 and I want to go again. That's nearly $100 just to watch it. The end of this clip is drawing me back into the theater!

QUEEN and the memory of Freddie Mercury...lives! Not to typecast him, but I don't think I can look at Rami Malek right now, and not think of Freddie Mercury. It'll pass, but not right now. That performance touched my soul.
I am surprised that Brian and Roger were ok with so many inaccuracies. I loved the movie and I am glad a while new generation has found Queen, but a lot was just not true. The acting was perfect!

In one interview it was revealed that the reason Freddies death wasn't part of it was because they lost him once and don't want to re-live that - imagine the pain of losing him twice!
Why can't Queen have him as the new lead singer? He sings, sound and moves exactly like Freddie Mercury. Its just a Shame that Queen never found out about this Man until now.
It watched a lot of interviews with the cast the Guy who plays Roger taylor is absent quite a lot from interviews. Don’t matter: for me the worst actor to play Roger Taylor. He could better fit Leonardo Di Caprio or so...Rest was spot on...
