The reason for dying population is rising inflation everywhere. People find it difficult to survive and educate kids with so much inflation.

Same is happening in Japan. Most of the schools are shutting down. Most of the workforce comprises of senior citizens and super senior citizens. We are heading towards dark times 😢 most youngsters are saying they didn't want to marry, they want to stay detached emotionally. These new era trends are dangerous 😔 Staying with ones parents is not bad. The mindset needs to change.

I never understand why we Indians make fuss about any country if their population is declining. This is bound to happen in any developed country in future. Already started in South Korea and Japan. Resources are limited and getting costlier day by day. Of course people will think twice before raising a child and even won't hesitate to not having a child.

May be Indian population has increased but seeing the past families had 5 to 6 kids now we see only 1 or 2 kids per family at least in urban areas, slowly but surely now the population will decrease, and has to, to avoid inflations, joblessness, and economic stability.

The cost of living and school fees have rise so much in India, many middle class Indians are now thinking the same way. Govt should start to take initiative ASAP for families to sustain the expenditure

It is happening in Japan and South Korea. Overall in the world, the population density is polarized. Some Countries showing growth in population leading to environmental problems ( India included) and many European Countries are going to disappear due to population decline.

It's not a bad thing if the world population is declining because the world is already overpopulated but it is a serious issue for countries like Italy

We were total 4 from my father side and everything was ok ....all got educated and all the demands and necesities were fulfilled ....now i have only 2 but its very hard to run a family now.....when i was studying my school fees are 45 rs per month ...now my child fee is 800 a month ..just imagine

My grand father had 9 siblings, the next generation had 30 kids altogether and the generation after that had a total of 28 kids (meaning not all 30 had kids) our generation has even fewer kids. This is just one family. Most families are on a similar pattern

Many European countries and Asian country like Japan suffering from same problems. Even in India state like Sikkim also has this issue.

Competition is so high these days that the one who enjoyed victory today will face disaster tomorrow. No one is happy anymore (except few) and this depression and anxiety is killing people emotionally. No one is stopping you from competing but the competitions are getting so strong that people are discouraged from competing. These days a person with average skill is not thinking about winning else he just want to somehow survive in competition as long as possible. Financial future is so uncertain these days that a person cant even dream about raising a family. Majority of the youth are either unemployed or they are not happy with their job and the salary they recieve. And after studying so hard when they face reality of job market they feel so cheated and heartbroken from the system that they dont even want to apply for the jobs because this is not the job for which they have sacrificed their childhood and youth preparing.
