Hi Dane, I have been creating low content books part time since 2021 and am still struggling to get regular sales as I work full time. I really wanted to make this an online business to give up the day job so won't give up yet! I follow a vast number of KDP RU-vidrs including Jenny Hanson Lane, she has done incredibly well.

$307,000 a year from just selling simple books?? 🤔 But i see charges like $497 to learn how to do it. 🤔 so you and jenny charging $497 🤦🏽‍♂️

Is the book you said hers at 3:56 really hers? It was published before she started KDP and the size format isn't available as KDP hardcover.
