Hats off to Kerri for not giving up and doing whatever she could to make her dream of getting that gig happen! That’s why I live by watt Casey always said at the end of his show. “Keep your feet on the ground and keep reaching for the stars!“ Waking up every Sunday morning and turning on the radio to listen to him while enjoying my breakfast and coffee was something I loved doing for years. I was lucky enough to meet him in 2006, and he was extremely kind and down to earth. I got to go to his studio and listen to him record an episode of his show, and he gave me a hug before I left. I told him how it made me smile, and he kindly responded with, “Well, I’m going to make you smile twice,” and he gave me another one. I even kept in touch with him for a few years after that, and I’m thankful how I got to be friends with him and that he’s one of the reasons why I love doing what I’m doing as a DJ today.
Kerri's awesome! I was just re-watching all the UFC's from the start and I got to the one where Kerri starts to do the interviews after the fights and she was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and beautiful.

I actually almost got recruited by Chuck Liddells agent at the beach one year to be a ring girl - he was legit- I looked him up- he had a card etc everything and I spoke to UFC ring agency recruiters- Was set up with the manager of the girls- I was a young mom of 2 - was gona do it but didn’t want to leave my husband & kids to go to fights . I was ripped- still am- and naturally “well endowed” and was doing kick boxing and tae-bo workouts so I was so beautiful- busty beach blonde… lol every head turned. Anyway fast forward I’m 44 now.. Not so beautiful anymore. Lol I’m still strong and small cut , and healthy.. about 140lb 5’7 But damn I was a gorgeous knock out in my 20s.
