If anything, i bet the people around him tried to slow him down so their careers dont end. The whole "drugging a rapper" only works when they are worth something. Also its usually not stimulants, its usually downers to make them insecure, lonely, dependant, etc.

There are many many stories of soundcloud rappers getting the slightest bit of fame and everyone around them wants to start giving them deals on drugs or just straight up supplying them to get a way in and many rappers will only perform or act on they're career if they get what they want. So yea its lil xans fault he took drugs but having all those people around him not stopping him is directly helping his drug abuse. He had enough money that if people wanted to direct him in the right way the could of. Bam Mageria is a good example of this
