What is going on with people and their hatred for the knicks. I’ve been a knicks fan for over a decade. The knicks can never gain the respect of anyone. 1. We’ve sucked for years and get made fun of. 2. We start having a little bit of success and people say it’s only against subpar teams. 3. We start beating good teams and people say we can’t sustain it. 4. We start beating playoff teams and people say the other team is plagued with injuries. 5. We start getting deep in the playoffs and people say the officiating is favoring the Knicks. I truly don’t understand why so many people hate us so much. The Knicks have been plagued with injuries all season long including the playoffs. Not once did we complain. We pick our chin up, strap our boots up, and say next man up. We have been a team that has struggled for decades. I would think people would root for us as underdogs. It truly is hard to watch these nationally televised channels talk about the Knicks sometime. Anyways Go NY Go NY Go!

Knicks are basically playing with 5 healthy guys. Their is no excuses for Indy.

They can sustain it because every player has bought into what they need to do. The roles are set and everyone embraces it. Doesn’t feel like a drag when you’re on the ride of your life.

I don’t buy “home court” advantage calls. The problem with officiating for years has been, the team that is more known for defense all year(for example: Knicks, t wolves, Thunder) is rewarded and allowed to be more physical and get away with a lot more come post season. Then teams not known for defense (pacers) try to match that physicality and they are penalized on the other end and called for ticky tack calls. Just call the game regular, it shouldn’t be based off reputation

These guys have some dumb arguments. The pacers are angry about calls. These guys claim that Indy had a shot to win the game when Brunson was out despite that. How does that change the gravity of officiating? If anything, that would strengthen the pacers’ argument that NYC is getting favorable calls. (ie to make up for the temporary lack of their superstar).
