I really appreciate your videos and willingness to document and confront the various issues you are facing. Your bravery and straightforward honesty is stunning and the subject matter has been very thought provoking for me personally. I'm a cigar smoker too and I appreciate and respect the fact that you continue to just live your life as you want to on your terms when confronted with an incredibly profound challenge. At 55 I don't have any morbid attachment to life despite having many things I care about: my partner, my pipes, my cat, my cigars and my bottles of wine, but I lived what I wanted so I decided to accept my destiny. The treatments with tablets first and immunotherapy prolonged my well-being but then lost effectiveness, today the necessary therapy would require a non-existent quality of life, I have tried it and I no longer intend to live in hell waiting for pharmacology to kill me after the illness. I live, love, eat, smoke and drink every day like it's my last and that's okay.
