Thank you. I’ve reached my breaking point in the last 2 weeks-I got my 3rd boil on my buttocks and 1 on my breast. I know that I am stage 2 on my armpits though I go months without it and I notice the the buttocks area is headed towards stage 2. I’m ready to change these terrible eating habits. In the last couple of weeks I’ve only cut diary out (reluctantly) but after seeing this video I think it’s time to start with a clean slate. I thought I would never be able to eat some foods ever again and that made me extremely sad but now I know it’s mostly to get the body back in shape and slowly add the items back to see what may be a trigger. Thank you so much for the helpful information!!! ❤️❤️❤️

My wife has HS can you give me any ideas about odor One of her boil’s Has a bad order to it What is your recommendation i’ve tried Teatree oil’s it work but it irritates her

I have tried almost every antibiotic and recently my doctor has prescribed me Doxycycline along with clindamycin topical gel. My concern is should I take just Doxycycline or 'Doxycycline + Lactobacillus'!? My HS is of Grade 3

I recommend to my patients who are taking antibiotics that they also supplement with a probiotic (taken at least 3 hours away from the antibiotic).
