Thanks for this video. Can you do a vodeo forbwells in NW Louisiana, DeSoto Parish? Also do you any videos on how to write a demand letter if youve never been paid due to being 'unleased mineral owner";and who to contact?

That’s a good idea for a video! I would want to pull in a guest to weigh in on the legal aspects but there are definitely best practices

Hi can they make other units out of the 640 unit ????? So that we get a good royalty and not just a small check?

There’s a variety of options, but in short, yes. You can have pooled units within a greater allocation unit, or tracts of land allocated individually for each well, or many other combinations. It depends on the State, the existing units, and the size/shape of the well being drilled.
