Took me and my wife 1 week been with her for 4 years and hadn't decided to get pregnant until 3 months ago when she started a treatment to normalize her hormone levels and after completing her treatment we gave it a go and now we are 10 weeks

I'm at 12 months this month! I got my progesterone tested and at day 21 it was at 10.1 so last month my doctor prescribed me progesterone. My AM cortisol level was 24.1 ug/dL. And these are the only "abnormal" results from all my testing and pelvic ultrasound. Do you think the supplemental progesterone could positively affect my chances of conceiving?

I haven't even had a positive pregnancy test or miscarriage this whole year, which makes me understand that my issue is that it is cone implanting so im hoping the progesterone will help :)

okay so me and my boyfriend did it for a minute just to see how it felt before we actually did it but we thought would get pregnant so we stopped. And on his birthday we did it for 4-5 minutes and stopped because it was my fertile Week and after that week i kept feeling some symptoms and a gut feeling i am pregnant. So is there any way I could be pregnant without any sperm bc i have been feeling some symptoms lately.

I had sex last dec on 24, 25 and 27 dec and we had unprotected sex only for 30 sec to 1 min but he didn't ejaculate and we also had sex using condoms....after that I got my periods on 13th dec and it's 24 January 2024 I'm still not getting my period...I have irregular periods and I have low iron and before 2 months my period dates were in between 25-28 and then from Oct it was 13-14....shohld I worry??I'm so nervous please tell me what to do?

Some reserch shows that the chanc of getting pregnant will be higher if having sex in the most fertile window (like 5 days leading up to the ovulation and on the ovulation day). You can carry out most pregnancy tests from the first day of a missed period. If you don't know when your next period is due, do the test at least 21 days after you last had unprotected sex.
