Longest wait, nightmare order was 3 1/2 hours! Every spot was full and i should've known it would be a long wait. But it was paying enough that even if i waited an hour, it would still be a good deal. So i waited. After an hour i asked a store associate and they said they are having freezer issues and running behind. I said ive already been here an hour, will it be another hour. They said oh no, wont be that long. So after another hour goes by i still have no order. At rhis point it's no longer a good order but I've been sitting all this time and don't want to go home with nothing. So 3 1/2 hours later, i finally got my order. Will never take another order when all the spots are full or at the beginning of the month and/or a holiday 😢
@@shannansopko5456 oh my gosh! That is the longest I’ve heard anyone has ever had to wait! They should give you a bonus for that! Insane! I stay away during holidays and the middle of the day on weekends. It’s ridiculous!
I work spark too in STL area. Ive done nroth stl zone. I just get mostlu no or low tip shopping ans curbside deliveries,never seem really worth it to me. Even though several smaller ones can add up. I wuould mot wait 50 minutes myself.
@@gems7893 Yeah, I can’t imagine big tippers in North STL but this person proved me wrong. And, yeah, I probably shouldn’t have waited but I was curious. lol! Maybe I’ll see you around since we are in the same area.
the reason they get picked up so fast is because they are using bots with certain parameters to accept the offers...so they accept the offer, see that it has bulky items or whatever, and then they drop the offer if you ever get those finding item ones...I would wait 15 minutes max and then turn on other apps and try and get another offer... I believe at 15 minutes you get extra earnings (like 2 or 3 bucks)...I waited 45 to 50 minutes for one item at Sam's Club....because I had an hour where I wasn't scheduled for DoorDash.... complete waste of my time... the item never came out... I know sometimes if you don't see anyone coming out and loading, their app might not be working...so you might want to call the store and make sure they can see you checked in sorry you are having issues but at least it paid decent hourly...I just don't have the patience for Spark, lol...so go you for being patient!
@@FranDashPHX yeah, I figured it was the ‘bots’. I’m just looking at it like Walmart paid me to sit and watch RU-vid while I waited. 😅 I looked back and the order ended up paying just over $46 so not terrible.
