Nah! That’s how shed hair tangle with your current hair, create knots then break off. Sounds like a good idea in theory but in actuality it’s a recipe for disaster.
@@midwestmello8240yeah I fucked up doing that . But it’s no surprise even when I had waves the max I could keep a durag on after a fresh cut was maybe 3 days 😂
Especially if you work with the public. Cant have yourself looking like a hot mess. but prior to sleeping its best to use some type of hair bands and bundle all the braids into one to keep them straight and neat and a hair rag to keep it less frizzy. Maintainance will help it looking less dry and etc but how you maintain while sleeping is another thing. But always remember if you deal with the public, your hair style and how its being maintained says ALOT about a person. Seriously.
@@Tweezybeats414Hey bro, I also like my afro but I find it hard to maintain. Like if I sleep with my afro even while wearing a bonnet it's all dried up and tangled in the morning. I currently have two strand twists but I don't like how I look with them, I'd rather stay with an afro always you feel me, but that ain't possible. How do you keep your hair in an afro?
Wow. I can't last 2 days. Its really itchy. Eventhough I wash my scalp and hair thoroughly. And it getting son much frizzy. Even I wear durag when sleeping.
I find that too much oil on my scalp causes irritation later on so maybe skip that part of the -hair- scalp care routine. Also minimize the amount of times you wash your hair. 2-3times a week might be enough if you don't get your hair caught up in dirt during the week. Hope that helps.
@@sriel113onb, like tf 😂?? I keep my sh in for at least 4 weeks. That’s like a solid amount of time to have em in. Especially when it’s summer, my sh be growing so much I swear.
