Age has a lot to do with stamina, also...together with how well a guy maintains his health. It really isn't that long, try 10 mins at the beginning and then move up 5 mins each time. When it gets difficult to hold, slow down thrusting, switch positions or use a sex toy for a minute or 2 and then continue. Sex session shud last around 45 mins in total. Don't devour them, Savour. 😅

On average I go 25 to 45 minutes. Sometimes an hour, on occasion a little longer. Rarely less than 25. My wife complains that I last too long. Keep in mind, i am not talking about frantic drilling like an 18 year old kid for the duration. I would consider it more of a "love making" varying in intensity and technique. BOTTOM line is.....as a man, you can NEVER win, you are never right and she will never be happy. Too long, too short, not enough, too much....... it's just a fact of life. She will never be happy.

The only thing you can do for a medical problem is go to a doctor (which some men are loathe to do). For the other scenario, the penis is just like any other body part or muscle--it does more and last longer the more it gets to exercise. So when your man has a subpar performance, the best thing you can do for him and for you is to get back on the horse.

These questions how long should a guy last aren't typically specific enough, they don't differentiate between including foreplay or just penetrative sex. Foreplay included makes the numbers go way up, but they go down when just penetrative sex is considered.

Male speaking: Personally I've ranged everywhere from 2 or 3 minutes to around an hour. It has a LOT to do with consistency of sex. Men's and women's stamina will increase with more sex and usually gets better and better. Ladies, if you're only giving it to him once or twice a week, don't expect stamina. He needs it regularly. Men, get keen to foreplay and drink 1.5 beers LOL. That's the perfect amount for iron rod lol. Seriously though. Truthfully, if you go much longer than 20-25 minutes regularly, the woman usually starts to want sex less because she knows it's going to take some real time and many women like and need their sleep, especially when they have jobs and children.
