The adopted son, Dariel, showed himself better than the Demon Lord's natural son, even without Demon Magic. Dariel was skilled at everything else.

So the Demon Lord's true form can't be perceived by those around them? Interesting. When Bashbarza spoke with the Demon Lord they appeared as a woman languishing on the throne, but Granverza said that form changed 'again'.

The Demon Lord doesn’t have a true form, his appearance only mirrors the opinion of whoever sees him, meaning everyone else sees him differently.

@@marckempe2143 I think that his form mirrors the strength and mind of the person that looks at him. With Granbarshaa he looks intimidating, strong and dragon like, mirroring the general's strength, capability as a warrior and intimidation that he brings to his foes. While the General's son at first was like a child, hence why the Demon King looked like a young and annoying teen, immitating what the said person was, and when General's son went to exile, the King showed in a form of an adult and acted wiser, showcasing that the General's son grew in strength and mind.

@@marckempe2143 well, I mean it figuratively, as in Demon King being viewed in a form that mirrors the actual person in front of him. Like General being powerful and pride as a dragon and so on. Basically, Demon King is mirroring what the person in front of him is like based on various aspects of the person that is in his presence.

I gotta agree with the demon lord here. Bashubarza was an idiot but that's because his father really neglected him next to Dariel. It's his dad's fault, almost more than his own that he turned out like that.

So Bezetan kidnapp the hero’s son to use him against humanity, but Failed because he was killed by the hero and because Granbaza raise Dariel as his son and as good person that now seeks to end the war
