Ken Wapnick talked about the dark night of the soul. That’s where I feel I am, maybe because of trying to surrender to the hurt feelings from “my story” that come up.
The minute you feel the Oneness isn't the start of non-stop bliss. The sin, guilt and fear in your mind, and it's permutations of sadness, regret, anxiety, grief and depression, haven't gone anywhere. It is not the end of the journey. It is the start. All the sin, guilt and fear must be seen by the truth of Who you are outside of thoughts. Your experience is valid.
Love this as usual. Thoughts are nothing! True... but they're also the creators of our entire dream... which I suppose means I'm believing in the dream too much perhaps 🤔

Awesome!! I found that when you make progress, feel more peace etc. the ego ( upsets, grievances, what have you) seems to come back more strongly, is it? lol Catch it, lol
OK, so Keith, I'm aware of passions to participate in action in this seeming world with seeming "other" is the idea then to partake but to just keep forgiving all of it ? I'm definitely aware of this question as I listen to you share, the world is only for forgiveness and all desires will make you suffer. However can we participate without suffering and just enjoy in the delight we seem to witness? Thank you.
You can fully enjoy everything in the moment today without grasping at it or resisting it, without any investment in whether or not it be here tomorrow or ever again, without seeing it as the cause of your peace. And tomorrow you can be fully present and enjoy whatever it brings without investment. Desire hurts you because it pulls you out of Now, the only place peace and Self remembrance is, into a thought constructed future in your mind for a non-existent separate self where peace is not - only a hope for a peace that will never come.
