There is a forgiveness process shared by Nouk Sanchez that says: HS help me to forgive myself for using _______ to separate from Love's Presense as my Holy Self. I use this process over and over daily. I hope it helps. It's an extension of love.
It’s interesting what you say about the person’s life changing as they advance in the Course. I never put two and two together. Maybe because things happen so gradually you think you are doing it yourself and it’s not the ego withdrawing. My character is a former party girl. I had to be at all the right parties ALL OF THE TIME. No recess. 😉I loved to drink and had zero plans of giving it up. But one day I realized I had not had a drink in over two weeks. Sounds weird not to have noticed, but that’s exactly what happened. I haven’t had a drink in over 15 years now. Alcohol literally left me. No desire. Plus I began to withdraw from crowds and busy-ness. To this day I have to be dragged to a party. They are so boring. Ugh! My former crowd does not believe me when I tell them I adore hiking alone, walking on the beach, reading quietly. Never in ten thousand years would I have guessed my life would go in this direction. I love it! As Perhaps I tend to isolate “too much”? I try not to judge and just let things roll…and yes, I still get “ caught” and have shitty days and want to blame it on the world. Keith’s teachings have been a real shot in the arm arriving just when I needed them. Extremely grateful!
This session blew my mind. I know it’s the same concept on and on that you Keith repeat with different words, but today it felt that everything you said, the words you used and the order they formed the sentences…all of it suddenly aligned and made an incredible SENSE. And I feel truly grateful for everyone asking and sharing, it feels I’m getting the exact answers to my exact questions that i did’t know I even had. I know it’s my right mind infusing the wrong mind, and it’s just astonishing. It feels so reassuring that my memory problems in the past year, that appear to be aggravated, as well with the withdrawal from the world (I “function” in the world but with very little interest), all of it it’s only a phase. And for the first time somehow I allow myself hearing the next step. I’m sure you said all of it before, but only now I actually HEARD it. Powerhouse of a session, Keith. I have been withdrawing from the world due to what I am studying. At first I planned that to be best able to concentrate. It became easy to stay there. I really appreciated your supportive comments regarding this issue! Your teachings are immeasurably helpful to my study of ACIM!

It's impossible to be in pain or suffering or shot by a bullet or even if I pretend to be healthy then pretend to have cancer. Like you say, it's only possible if I believe stories, I believe the plot twists in the movie. Only if I allow the Mind to get lost in the scenes and in the scripted dialogue can I "be sick" or "in pain" or "dying" or yes, even healthy as a horse, because the health too supports the impossible world of opposites that the wrong mind can only suggest.
The ego is just a physical byproduct of a being and it’s needed to survive in this world like a radar system.i must remember to not identify with this radar and just embrace it as just that and let go of controlling every situation.
Hi Keith Im present moment awareness now more than ever the ego is dissolving in this light of what i am.. I have experienced what you described as the more im awareness the more I experience spending time with me my Self and i... its a peacful experience and i dont have any investment in anything wich is also the quiet centre, completely whole .can I ask Keith will awareness continue to tell.me of itself on my journey.....thanks❤❤
Definitely. It's not complete until everything is one in this Awareness. Be sure to start practicing extending the Holy Spirit- seeing this same Awareness as the truth of everyone. No one is a body, what it's doing or saying ❤️
At 21 minutes you talk about “ extraordinary “. Is this something we feel or experience? Or just a wonderful realization of the truth? I haven’t had any “ extraordinary “ experiences, and don’t feel I’m doing anything wrong. And those experiences many people describe are still in the dream, right? I am feeling peaceful and truly believe I am extending love, more than projecting guilt. At least that’s my desire and my prayer each morning, as a mind. Gloria Wapnick used to say “ being thunk through by HS”. To move myself aside and let only love flow. So do I need something else? Something extraordinary?
No. I was saying it's extraordinary to realise that all psychological suffering is an illusion. It arises on behalf of a non-existent separate self. When it appears to arise, it can be undone by returning to identifying as Awareness.
