Thanks for ur information... I had booked Jeddah to Blore ticket via Paytm and cancelled from Flight Company after 15 days..I raised a request in Paytm they refunded the amount and deducted 900rs of convenience fees..

I blame to governments that allow travel agents to operate in such manner

Totally agree , i too faced same , had to cancel my parents tickets as flight got cancelled , this happened in early nov. , no refund till now , no way to reach cc , and the airline no. they gave is switched off for ever , real chor , they shud not spend their fortune on brand ambassadors instead improve operations, free ki advise hai le lo mmt chor

Very similar situation. Flight canceled by the airline itself ( Alliance air) and refunded the money to MMT but no refund by MMT to us.

Could not agree more. For my 1 trip, duplicate payment has been processed and now I am just not able to contact their customer service team. But if you want to book a new booking then you can quickly connect to the representative. Disgusting 🥺. Will never book from MMT ever again

true , they scam me too ,i had booked domestic flight during lockdown & when it got cancelled they didn't refund me back , i will never book again from makemytrip . & i'm advising victims of this scam to write their reviews on playstore/appstore & tweet so, no more new people suffer .

Very true.since last August 2020 my sister's flight refund is still pending..mmt was blaming the airline and now they are not responding..Pure robbery

It happened to me as well. I paid the money to mmt. On the day before travel, they called me and told me that airline did not confirm my ticket. And told me to book a ticket and will refund the money, which never happened.

In my case, makemytrip agent canceled our return trip from leh and started blaming AirIndia. Customer care at airindia gave us IATA code and the time at which the agent canceled our ticket. We called makemytrip agent on other phone and made her interact with customer care of AirIndia and then she wrote email to her superiors and agreed that it was agent who cancelled with no reason .even after admitting this mischief, their superiors calls us trying to convince that it was airline fault. We stuck on our ground as we had recorded all the calls.

You guyz are actually true..booked whole package including flights..but flights are cancelled now they are saying book your flights by yourself 😢 They are not even telling what amoun they paid to book flights by them

Same happened with me also with MMT & GOIBIBO where they delayed the refund stating that Airline is not issuing their money.

I m also a same victim.. They are really fraud. In my case i had just a msg your flight successfully canceled then i call to the customer care and ask them then they said we can book your glight again. But the cancelation charge can't be refund.. What a big cheaters they arw

You are true. I have also faced the same issue. And when I threatened them that I would take help of law then they had provided me the refund in the MakeMyTrip Wallet itself & that too after cutting many different charges....

True, they are troublemakers. They are fraud. They have no customer support. I have booked my ticket from mmt but due to covid my flight got cancelled. Its been 10 months, I have not received any resolution, no refund, no vouvher. Even they are not connecting. I cannot even try to connect them. They have no customer support, its damn frustrating.

Sir Please confirm customer care number of MMT because I more trying to contact him but cl disconnect, I booked my tickets from Ahmedabad to Varanasi on 25/03/2020 and return ticket was 10/04/2020 but due to lockdown both flights cancelled, we discussed with IndiGo he told that we also returned your amount to #MMT but still we haven't received any amount from MMT, and no body is responding.

Got my refund today 12th aug. when i called emirates yesterday they said it’ll take 15-25 working days for them refund the money to MMT.
