Health is wealth people. Be disciplined! I'm still young but scared straight in terms of what you put your body through to get to the bag. Eat right. Detox regularly. Have a work out regime. Pay attention to your vital components like your feet, your back, your respiratory system. Protect your mental health. Connect with your spirituality!

Probkem is that you dont know what you are eating polluted earth air plastic is in everything. Water is a big problem even millionaires in nba are drinking bottles water. Vegan are getting sick because do need some fish and meat. No ody trally onows there dna requirements... Most people got the shot... Mostleg dna and genetics determine longevity and your appt yime its out of your hands. You are not on control

Scared and anxiety is more of an issue then eating. And that hospital and doctors don't know your body they guess. They practice. So you go for a check up and they don't check every single thing and they don't do full panel and if they did it's like hundred things to monitor that are constantly changing

I recommend finding subordinates to automate parts of your pay network and job investments. My cousin used to work 14 hours a day and now it’s 6-8 and she eats $800 dinners.

I haven’t had caple in over 10 years. A waste of time if you ask me. But I have had a RU-vid Premium membership for at least 4-5 years. RU-vid has a majority of what I want to brainwash myself with. I like this man. Best interview I’ve seen on RU-vid. But as an Neuro ICU Nurse, I have to say this interview was too long for him. Please! Please! Please take it easy. Your recovery is a long process and it requires a lot of rest. I can tell you’re a high energy, but you don’t want to have to have a revision of this surgery. I’m begging you to slow down. This guy is a great story teller. His life situation would even make a entertaining move. Even a comedy. Picture it. (One day he moving his mother into a beautiful lake front home, next they all living in a small 2 bedroom apartment.) including his 150 pound dog. I'm sorry, but that made me laugh. Among other parts of his life journey..... And on top of that he goes out to become a comedian. Maybe it just the way he is telling the story. I can see his comedian side. I'm pretty sure his down falls was not a good feeling. But at least he has a happy ending. I really enjoyed this interview. I needed a feel good moment. Thanks. I was not expecting that.
