The title is completely wrong. Just because the same name for the currency is used, it does not mean the currency is the same. Australia and Canada use the name dollar for currency but are very different.
Currencies with the same name are not automatically the same currency !!! While there are a few currencies that are being used in multiple countries, most countries have their own currency, which just happens to share the same name as that of other countries. That being said, Koruna, Krona & Krone are practically the same name, only adjusted to the local languages. And the same is true for Rial, Riyal & Riel and Yuan, Yen & Won.
Before Germany had € they had Mark. The currency of Bosnia & Herzegowina is Convertible Mark i don't know if this got anything to do with the former german currencybut both words include Mark
