Answer 8 to 9 hours take break after 45 minutes for 15 minutes do it 3 time after that take 1 hour break. Do it 3 time total 8 to 9 hours . Take video direct to 30:00 minutes Thankyou

While preparing for iit jee i committed these mistakes of ignoring sleep, not being disciplined and despite being academically good i could not secure top ranks. The things sir is telling are completely practical and if you can implement this, success is yours. Competitive exams require smartness.

@Narendra Rajpurohit you can search toppers booklist on youtube..toppers like akshat jain, srushti, kanishak etc etc already shared their booklist..refer that and stick to it..don't go for variety of books available in the market. That will create way too much of confusion..see the videos of these topper, write down the books they mention and u will find all of them use pretty much same books..so don't get confused..

@Narendra Rajpurohit basically u just have to follow any one of them..and if u r doing self study then do smart work..just holistically stick to one person..or else take the books which r mentioned by atleast 2 of them, skim through the material and u will get the book which suits u..i would recommend u to follow artika shukla mam..coz she did self study..she had no one to guide her..and she end up taking way too much material.. So in that video she clearly mentioned among those material that the best stuffs u could follow + in the next yr ( i don't remember her name..but her name ends with 'pandey') said in one of her interview that she religiously followed artika shukla and surprisingly secured same rank as artika shukla mam..so thats the reason y i mentioned her and at the end of the day it is your consistent study that ensure ur name in the rank list. If just the materials matters everyone could mug up the whole book and pass the exam but thats not the case..btw which year u r going to give ur 1st attempt?

@Narendra Rajpurohit see optionl differs..am from sociology optional..for economics also search for a topper with eco optionl..and start ur preparation with those books along with ur syllabus for eco..once u completed those books u will get the idea of topics that u covered and u left..and then u can prepare according to that..

Say that one hour is a sub cycle Continuosly repeat the sub-cycle 3 times without any gap. Consider this 3 sub cycles as a cycle. Now do one cycle, rest for 1 hr and other cycle rest and other cycle. Stop.

Don't misguide, when one will read 14 - 16 hours per day it would amount 12 to 14 effective hours , which is must to become IAS (not IPS IFS IRS and IAAS)

I'm a working aspirant and the best thing I can tell you is this - don't go by what they say. In another video made specifically for working professionals, they say that 4-5 hours per day are enough to study for CSE. In this one, they say that you need at least 8-9. They give some good advice but you gotta take it with a pinch of salt and draw your own conclusions.

It's not about the hours you study It's all about the consistency If you're consistent with this schedule, it will be more than enough If you follow 12hrs of study everyday but after a week you're exhausted you're not getting anywhere
