Unfortunately I don't think there is an updated video of said TAS... So I guess just try to think about it real hard lol. One tech I didn't cover in the vid is "Bowser Bumps" which allows for infinite height without flipping but is insanely precise and not at all RTA viable. This would reduce the count drastically if I were perfect (1-4 ladder can be skipped using this for instance.)

Oh lol, you said black magic so I automatically assumed you used tas tools for some reason. It looked like a really close jump but that's probably on me.

if you can access the doors (at 4:05 and 6:30) by using life shrooms, then u can use a poison shroom to trigger them, saving 2 A presses

midair doors cannot be opened via life shrooms or poison shrooms

can we get a challenge where you try to beat all the bosses using only thorou and boomer?

I feel like that would be too easy especially when you take items into consideration. I kind of want to do it with no pixls and only mario but even then the only bosses that would be challenging (in theory) are Fracktail, Wracktail, Bowsers, and Bonechill (bc no Luigi lol) and possibly big blooper? Maybe

@@InternetGrandpa1324 All bosses no leveling mario only? that sounds relatively balanced all things considered Edit: Or, perhaps, speeding up the game and then playing against a timer to survive a certain amount of time with infinite health bosses to both make it an endurance challenge and a score based thing (how much damage you do)

@@InternetGrandpa1324 even if its too easy, people still want to see it, look at challenge runs in fallout for example, every single game can be beaten without killing a single enemy, yet people still like watching weapon restriction videos.

@@pidgeotguy3400 not only would it be easy, low atk speedruns are also just boring, since all of the bosses take forever while still not really difficult.
