I run my business in a similar way, I realize that every project is different and the client only needs a defined number of images. I believe the biggest factor is how the images are to be used, my rates are quite different between a small independently owned restaurant, a large restaurant group and a manufacturer of food or beverage products.

Hey Steve! Glad you found it helpful. I always find examples are helpful. I always provide ALL clients with clients, whether it's paid, additional or included in my creative fee. This absolutely includes my Aussie clients. In fact, I have made the most money from licensing in Australia (as a market in general). I am pretty old-school when it comes to estimates etc. I still use Docs, Google Docs.
