Agree to all of your points... Do you think in 4 overs a bowlers can learn ? I would suggest 7 overs in net practice for 2 days then break then 2 days net 7 overs then break ...I think if a fast bowler generates 50 % of pace in nets so that's good . .. in last 2 overs one can burst full speed cos all muscles and ligaments open then .. In match the actual speed requires
