Taking all the rules of the gregorian calendar into consideration a year is 365.2425 days (leap day every 4 years , not if divisible by 100 unless divisible by 400) when calculated with this number you get 2.208987 x 10^8 sec. When (after looking up the actual length of the solar year) we use the actual length of a year as 365.24217 days we get 2.208985x10^8 seconds.

Attention to detail in the conversion factors and units are essential especially in chemistry and physics.

Ignoring leap years, and taking 365.25 days per year, there are approximately Pi mega seconds per year (315,57,600). So ~ 220 Ms or 2.20E8 seconds in 7 years.

I prefer engineering notation, 220x10^6. It's easier.

Incorrect. You are not taking leap years into consideration.
