No State in the Nation has as much scenery diversity as Utah. From low deserts, high deserts, Lakes, Red Rock country to high Alpine Mountains it all there. Love...Love.. Utah ! Utah drivers, not so much.
can i change current medicare advantage plan to supplementary plan without underwrite when i move/relocate to another State? what would be a time period of switch a plan ? any plan Thanks
I've driven through Utah many times on back roads and the Interstates. You don't even have to get off of the Interstates to see great scenery -- especially in the south. It's such a beautiful state.
Good to know. Lived near DC for years I never knew! But I just checked, none of the "national parks" in Virginia are the national parks we usually refer to. These 22 are mostly national historic sites, national monuments, trails, etc. I've been to several of them when I lived in DC area. They are beautiful for sure!! but nothing compared to the national parks in the west, like in Utah, California or even in Washington state!! Just not the same level of diversity or grandeur or scale. But still, I love living the DC area. So many places to go!
Thank you. I would love for you to do a video on relocating from 1 state to another and the considerations after 65. Do you have to be subjected to medical underwriting or other restrictions? Thanks again.
Moving is a special election period qualifier 🙂 so you can go to Original Medicare and a supplement with no underwriting, or to an advantage plan with no issues! When we get back, we'll explore that video!
I'm new on your channel, and new to Medicare, and I chose a Plan G for about $80/mo. I'm impressed with how thoroughly you do your homework and present accurate, organized numbers. My doctor is in Midway, and does not accept Medicare. I needed blood tests and I was trying to figure out how a non medicare Dr could get medicare to pay for the blood tests. I gave up and just paid the Dr $225 to send the blood work to their favored lab, and paid out of pocket. I need to figure out how this works. It sucks that medicare is so freakin complicated and I need to go to medicare college to get my degree in how to navigate this crap. And this comes at a time when people are starting to lose their quick thinking ability.
So glad you found us ❤️ More and more doctors are leaving Medicare. You could try to submit a reimbursement to Medicare. 1. Can't promise they will reimburse it, but they could. 2. They would reimburse the Medicare allowed amount, not necessarily the billed amount.
