If you think that meditation didn't work for you, then be aware of this thought and let it be, as long as you go back to your awareness, it's okay. As you continue on practicing, you will get better, be proud and kind to yourself because you are actually doing something for your own good.

And another year passed and I am so blessed that I can still recieve wisdom and goodness and support from Rinpoche which can be so well understood within my own experience and I am able to stay as awareness/ observer even in a challenging or distresstful situations and to not suffer much. As Rinpoche says, no matter ups or downs I stay as awareness.I am Grateful Rinpoche was not a source of challenge for me, a hardship, only of support and kindness. In my Heart, He is my best friend forever. Love you all.
