How do you train connective tissue specifically and make it stronger than the muscle? Do you seek a 1:1 ratio or higher connective strength? How would you go about correcting if your muscle is stronger than the connective tissue?A video on connective tissue strength or a training session for connective tissue would be great.

I love how every single conversation, is the definition of humble brag. I was just so big, strong, and good looking soo young. I've been soo strong soo long, I don't know, just can't help it. Oh when you and Coan, and Efferding say this about me, throwing out big names pretending to brush away compliments. Joe put me in the top greatest bodies of all time, came up to me and said "never change" I was 20. Evey time he speaks its almost a nonstop brag on himself and tribute to his immeasurable ego.

Tom bryan Really he backs it up? How can you back up what someone supposedly said to you 25 years ago alone? None of his powerlifting competition number have been confirmed or discovered, neither his martial arts claims. I'm not saying he isnt impressive and isnt strong, but to say he's the jack of all trades is a laughable joke. The dudes ego is outrageous and he goes over board to humble brag. Truly successful people never ever ever have to talk about their success or how great people say they are. Bill Gates, Rockefeller, Edison, Einstein, Bruce Lee, Manning, Usain ect ect ect never ever had to speak on how great they were and others said they were.. They just were and everyone saw it. Stop with the hero worship bullshit. Some heavy numbers in the gym sent equate to hero or someone worthy of all the recognition for every claim. I dont give a shit how lean someone is and they benched 500, that doesnt mean they broke records or they went without help *ahem*

Exactly this. He's just above average in terms of bodybuilding/powerlifting. Elite bodybuilders have 50+ lbs of muscle on him. Elite powerlifters have 50 lbs less muscle than him pushing his weights. If you never push your body to its limits your rate of injury GREATLY decreases. Woa.
@waissize
@waissize 5 лет назад
@@darkgod5555 Really? You sound so fucking dumb. He already said he's not the strongest powerlifter or the best bodybuilder. But that doesn't change the fact that he's still stronger than 99% of the people in the fitness industry and has a better body than them, and he's over FIFTY fucking years old. How many people do you know that are in their fifties that are 250lbs and are not only ripped as hell, but still so aesthetic and proportionate, and have such a youthful face. Look how small his waistline is for his age. How many people do you know that are in their fifties and are still able to Squat Bench and Deadlift such heavy weights so consistanly. Every serious body builder or power lifter knows how hard it is to be able to do those compound movements in their old age (and consistantly to top it off), and can understand the amount of dedication the man has, and you're saying he's just average? mate your a dumb fuck if I've ever seen one.

@@MikeOHearnTitan Mike Please Read IMPORTANT! *The Literal Silver Bullet Cure! and Prevention! of cancer.* PREVENTION AND CURE FOR CANCER My Mom had cancer Cured. *Cancer is a Lie.* A 100% Curable and Completely Avoidable disease, (Dis-Ease). Squirrels never develop cancer, all they eat are nuts and Seeds. Cows in the wintertime develop what's known as winter tumors, cancerous tumors which then Disappear in the spring when they Again Begin grazing on the grasses. The Hunza, a people who live near west Pakistan, the surrounding population lives to be 67 on average, The Hunza live to be 120! on average they are traditional Apricot farmers and consume the Seeds on a regular basis, 30 to 50 a day they never develop cancer. What all of these have in common is vitamin B-17 Amygdalin as it is in all of the foods consumed. The old saying An Apple a day keeps the doctor Away is True when you also consume the Seeds as we did in the past. All your regular cells are 100% Protected from the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules they Convert them to a Harmless substance called Thiocyanate, cancer cells cannot do this as they have surrounding them what's called Beta-glucosidase which makes them Vulnerable to the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules Eradicating cancer leaving 0 scar tissue. We Evolved with the substance therefore we need it, as we need Vitamin C. Back when we were hunter-gatherers if you came across an apple tree you would Fill your stomach you Wouldn't throw the core or the Seeds away because no one told you to : ) In exchange any Seeds you did not crunch down on, masticate during the chewing process would then/then pass through the digestive tract and be fertilized as they have Evolved! a protective coating for just that purpose, so another tree May grow from our experiment and the excrement of animals alike, Harmony with Nature. If someone develops Scurvy the treatment is large doses of Vitamin C to Reverse the disease Dis-Ease, in order to avoid Scurvy one must simply consume vitamin C on a regular basis much the same with B-17 Amygdalin for cancer this information is *Heavily Suppressed* and it has been Buried! as first and foremost cancer is used as Population Control, secondly they are making Billions! of dollars from donations alone therefore this information will Never be willingly released to the public. Imagine if we were told vitamin C where Poisonous, not to consume it, some would still get enough through Trace amounts, as with vitamin B17 Amygdalin, but many would not and develop the horrible disease, dis-ease Scurvy. Bitter Apricot Kernels have the Highest concentration of vitamin B-17 Amygdalin. I have a playlist titled IMPORTANT all capitals exclamation marks front and back within my RU-vid channel (Tyler Murphy) Wolf Eye channel photo, there you will find 100% percent Proof Validity. Video titled (How to cure cancer with apricot kernels) man cures himself of bowel cancer he was given two months to live he received No chemo No radiation and No surgery. He was told he was to far gone for any of their treatments (as they call them) that they could have offered him and that they would be ineffective. He purchased the book G Edward Griffin a world without cancer the story of vitamin B-17 which is also a documentary and also within my playlist titled IMPORTANT which explains how it works chemically/scientifically in the body, the one and only Flaw within the book and documentary is the belief of toxicity if to much is consumed, as I said it does Not work that way in the body, the man who cured himself of the bowel cancer is Proof of that as am I, my Mom and many others, All regular cells Convert the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules to Harmless substance as I rote, that substance is Thiocyanate. The man who Cured his bowel cancer was consuming 100! to 130! Bitter Apricot Kernels along with with Bromelain pineapple enzyme, a natural digestive enzyme to Aid in the Absorption of the cyanide and benzaldehyde molecules, No ill effects. Within a month of consuming the Bitter Apricot Kernels his stomach sucked back in he Stopped pooping blood and he is now 100% cancer Free and has been for Years now. I personally consume 10 to 15 Bitter Apricot Kernels daily along with, on average 4 to 6 apples most days, always with the Seeds included, I have been doing this for Years now with No ill effects and Multiple Benefits. The seeds of grapes were an Excellent source of vitamin B-17 Amygdalin watermelon seeds were also an Excellent source of vitamin B-17 Amygdalin, both very hard to find now they are making our fruit seedless people think this is for their convenience but that is Not the Agenda. Half the apples I cut into now are missing seeds have extra seeds within the same channel/seed pod, some with no seeds xcetera Our food is being tampered with in order to Eliminate the B-17 Amygdalin thus increasing cancer rates also almost all Non organic food is irradiated, nuts and seeds Pasteurized to destroy the B-17 Amygdalin within. At the time of writing this cancer rates are 1 in 2 for men and 1 in 3 for women, for women cancer rates are slightly lower as they have two ways of getting rid of toxins in their body one is having a baby the other is breastfeeding. The chemicals are in everything from the unnecessary chemical cleaning products, food, Water, clothing all of it. We are being attacked on Multiple fronts from Multiple angles. Dogs and cats that live no more than 15 years on average are developing cancer this Never used to happen. Think about it what do they eat, our food supply is Contaminated Saturated with cancer promoting Chemicals, Genetically Modified, pumped full of hormones, pesticides etc. Cancer is only the tip of the iceberg Please help me to get this information out to others I am not trying to obtain subscribers that is not what this is about. I couldn't care less about my RU-vid channel other than using it as a tool to Help spread this extremely important information. I would never use this to make money. Injury free has got to have a lot to do with genetics. As someone who was only moderately strong in some areas I've had shitloads of injuries that took years to come good. Look at someone like Dave Palumbo who lifted with perfect form and still fucked his shoulders. Then look at Branch Warren who uses the worst form of all time, in a fair world he should never have lasted as long as he did.
@basicbodybuilding
@basicbodybuilding 4 года назад
Or look at mike, completely natural, never had injuries and still powerlifts RAW at 52 years old. I know 20 something year olds in my previous battalion(Marines) that have fucked up knees by simply hiking
@xanthromera
@xanthromera 4 года назад
@@basicbodybuilding Another guy who showed promise years ago was massive Tom Prince. Ignoring his kidney issues, whilst still in his 20's his joints degraded so rapidly he would have to spend the first hour in the gym warming up. Not to mention the pain killers. Right now I have golfers/tennis elbow and have tried everything for the last 14 months and it hasn't improved at all... fucking elbow.
@basicbodybuilding
@basicbodybuilding 4 года назад
xanthromera not only is mike genetically gifted, he's doing something right to still have healthy joints to lift 500 pounds plus at 50 years old
@xanthromera
@xanthromera 4 года назад
@@basicbodybuilding His form is good but like I said you can have perfect form and still get joint degeneration. Jay Cutler has no injuries at all (unlike Ronnie) and said he's had joint scans showing his joints are 100% to his surprise. I mentioned Dave Palumbo who used perfect form and still ended up having 2 shoulder replacements. I think genetic predisposition plays a huge roll here. By the way, O'Hearn isn't natural, not that this is relevant to the joint discussion.
@basicbodybuilding
@basicbodybuilding 4 года назад
xanthromera mike is in fact natural, he's been clinically researched and scientifically tested to be natural. Another topic we could debate for another time. Well i guess mike has perfect joints then. Because the dude can lift heavy with no pain. I think the man has another decade of still being the same size and strength.

One day the truth will come out that this guy has been taking steroids. If you can progressively look better with age and be over 250 lbs shredded, you're on gear. His argument that he's never changed much over the years and that he graduated high school at 270 lbs is just a cover up for the fact that he's been juicing SINCE high school and never stopped. That's why he has no kids - he is sterile. He has maintained a TRT dose and has been smart about not messing his body up too much with various compounds. He seems to be a pretty private person regarding his personal life, which works well to keep his steroid use private. If he doesn't do steroids, he is one in 7 billion.

sct11s45 Yes, you have a good point. The most strange thing is not having kids at his age with his success...

Your only proof is because he looks too good for too long? That is every doubters reason. Mike has one in a million work ethic and great genes perfect diet. Very very very few people do ALL the right things for 35 years straight. You don't believe it because YOU can't do it.

Bro u nailed it. Ur views are on point regarding him not having kids and being sterile and juicing for life long consistently. That's what I was also thinking. Spot in bro 👌👌👌👍👍. Btw where are u from just curious to know?

It is genetics. Suffice to look at Ronnie Coleman in comparison. Both Ronnie and Mike have lifted heavy weights and carried a significant amount of muscle mass. Nevertheless, unline Ronnie who has undergone a countless amount of spine and hip surgeries Mike has hardly ever been injured.

There has to be a direct correlation between taking time off and injuring ligaments. For longevity, don't take more than a week off, manage fatigue through volume, and never completely get away from training heavy. Look at NFL players. They'll take 2 months off, train easy for 2 months, then train hard for 3 months. Training camp starts and they blow out their knee on the first day of training camp. Recipe for injuries.

Erik Carlson I also think everyone at the gym looks like shit. They never go light and the ones that do never do more than 10 reps except a few and they could even do more. Then they dont do full range of motion. I think its very important to go light do supersets and not always do the same workout. This will help you repair. That said most guys think this will mess up gains when they have been plateuing anyway. I think its very important to get that dry look. I also noticed nobody has nice triceps in the gym. Its very rare biceps too its almost as if nobody really understands how to train arms properly.

Correlation does NOT equal causation. Could it be that NFL players get injured because they push their bodies past their limits? Nah. It's gotta be this random RU-vid commenter who's got it all figured out.

Referring to the questions on training and progress. People don't appreciate growth. People are scared of failure. That's why they ask first, then try it out for themselves after. But they are cheating themselves.

Mike thank you for so much. Truly an inspiration , even tho I'll never meet you the advise goes so far beyond power lifting. This is truly a way of life that most can't understand. Please keep this RU-vid channel going as I'm just starting to get my son into the sport and all your decades of wisdom will be passed on far and wide. Your a legend and inspiration to so many. I believe sport is so key in a young persons development , even if they don't go pro it teaches about discipline and hard work. Thank you Mike, your a hero in this world which can be so negative.
