This is the type of recycling of plastic that needs to be done in the USA, but with better safety standards for workers than I see in this video. I do not know who these people are that I see in the video, but they have my respect for this work that they do everyday.

The workers work hard and dont make alot of money but it is still a seed to help them pursue there dreams
