0:00 The Amazing Recycling Process of Old Plastic Scrap | Mass Production Factory Process 10:10 How plastic plates are made | Plastic Plates Factory Manufacturing process
I like these videos. As an American, it is refreshing to see young men actually working and creating things, instead of stealing cars and robbing convenience stores.
It's two videos, recylcing plastic... and then a totally different video on making plastic plates from a powder of some kind... not related at all, despite the title implication. Still interesting to watch though.
People must be civilized. They ask of how plastic be white or yellow colour while they see each and everything being done in industry!!!!!!!. Marvelous.
В комментариях многие возмущаются, что люди работают без средств защиты и тем самым сокращают себе жизнь: Ребята, а вы хотели бы пожить подольше ради такой работы с утра до вечера?
1st process (taking scrap plastic to nurdles) has no connection to 2nd process of forming melamine tableware..at some point I thought they were going to sandwich a layer of material made with the recycled plastic.... but no !
That's what I was thinking. Just make a scoop that is close to what you think you need and save yourself time. You probably have 5% waste material squirting out anyways.
That is basically a microplastic production facility. Also editing is off, they recycle at first and suddenly plastic material changes. And boy, how much plastic and melamine particles they inhale daily!!! Amazing how peoples life and health means nothing.
The back should not be made of black plastic, it is the yellow powder that they poured into the mould that formed the shape directly, otherwise it would not be possible to mix the black and yellow so perfectly and evenly
The first half is plastic recycling and re-granulation, while the second half is melamine tableware production and manufacturing. The procedures are not the same thing.
I’ve told this before. My uncle worked for aircraft co. In so. California. He said all he does all day long is, “hold my thing up to someone else’s thing”. I get paid
It's much worse. Melanin is among the deadliest plastics. Entering the body through food, especially if it is heated, it accumulates and causes the so-called plastic stones in the kidneys, which lead to kidney failure even if they are completely removed surgically, and in larger doses to death. This material should not be used for human or animal food, but here it is used specifically for food. It is not a problem for chairs, vases and such, but not for food and liquids that are swallowed.
Я просмотрел ваш труд!с уважением вас всех.после этого даже не хочется смотреть в Ютубе клоунов которые просто кривляться.вот тут настоящие работяги!хвала им❤
Their workers aren't using glabs for their protection or maybe the employer didn't required to use it or no budget for that, no protection of these employees they're really sorry
I think it would be a lot safer for y’all to get a snow shovel or a trash shovel with the handle and keep your head away from that turning wheel and , gloves, glasses, earplugs think about your health and your lungs you need them to stay alive
In the final process where the 'flash' is ground off the plates, at least there there is an exhaust fan to blow the dust out onto the street. (-where it becomes the microplastics that are pervasive in our environment.)
