While I was skeptical about her - she is very sweet and humble. Some people might talk about how she wouldn’t be walking with her mothers name and power, but I appreciate how (at least with this video) she’s not spoiled and lifeless. I see what you mean but, I've worked in fashion when I was younger and I've seen worse looking models. Lila is rather cute and thin, and she seems professional in her attitude. The ability to be on time for the shows, to have ten people touching you at the same time without crying, to travel around the globe in a day, to eat properly, to walk properly,... all that matters too. If she's got all those abilities, then she's got what it takes to be a model. Maybe not a supermodel but a working model, yes.

Lucky her having Kate Moss as a mother. No offence to her but without that advantage I highly doubt she would even be signed with an agency. It’s a shame there are so many stunning people out there who desperately want to model but can’t get signed. I mean yes of course take the opportunity’s- who can blame her? Why is it such a shame that there are stunning people who aren’t models? I do not think that the end all and be all of success and beauty is being able to say you are employed as a model. There is space for conventionally attractive and conventionally unattractive people (high fashion/couture often calls for unique but not necessarily attractive looks in the pool of models) within modeling. I think it’s sad that our young generation has such a fixation on access to the modeling world when there are many fulfilling careers, past times, and joys to be had in younger years that aren’t so tightly bound by the harsh restrictions of appearance and such a rigid and critical industry. I agree she would likely not be where she is without her mother, but am I jealous? No, having modeling experience does not guarantee attractiveness or quality of life.

I model and i came in this video blind. Only saw in the comments who her mom is. I think shes super lovely but I feel what everyone is saying. Modeling is so hard and competitive there are times u hate urself or u get jealous because you believe youre better but they chose another model than you.. and yes there are times where you get very angry because you witness nepotism or ‘shortcuts’. Honestly, all the the attention and acclaim she's being given, by you Vogue, it is so hypocritical. If this girl had rolled up off the street to an agency they would have taken one look at her and laughed her out the door. I see teenage girls who run rings around this well-connected, highly privileged girl in terms of being model material. Every week in the supermarket I'll see one. I wince to see average looking girls like Lila cashing in on her mother and father's fame and accomplishments. It rubs me the wrong way as it highlights a genuine SYSTEMIC ISSUE. It's a crime that these 'everyday beauties' are ignored and could never become models because they don't seem to have the cache and connections. There's huge privilege and nepotism still out there, mixed into classism and snobbery. And the bottom line is always MONEY.

She is a lovely young woman. So many comments about the fact that she "doesn't look like a model"... These people commenting are probably the same that would complain about the fact that "models are not relatable and there is no inclusivity in fashion". Yes she is here thanks to her mother, but I don't see the problem as long as she is qualified for the job. And she is, in my opinion.

She doesn't meet the standards of that industry, for example her height therefore she doesn't qualify . If that was a regular young person without a famous parent, they wouldn't have been given the opportunity therefore this is just privilege. No equal opportunity is given in that industry that's the only issue. Most people still wouldn't be able to relate to her because of her privilege.

No it’s not. Nobody wants to see regular looking people that I can see at the grocery store.. or going to get petrol.. on a runway. We want to see the 1% of beautiful humans
