I’ve been using Moringa 2-3 now. At the moment I’m using 2 capsules 2 times a day. Over the coldest of winter I was using 3 capsules 2 times a day. Helps cut the pain by 50-75 percent. I have arthritis all over, bad disc in lower back, fibromyalgia and more. Haven’t found anything over the counter that’s better for me. Thanks Brad and Christa for sharing this info again. Jerry

My rheumatologist many years a go told me... #1 anti inflammatory diet (no refined sugars, non- organic/refined grains, no dairy, no legumes/acidic fruits/brocolli-colliflower... temporarily, no spices, chocolate, coffee, low salt, only sea salt, no soda, no processed foods #2 lukewarm water before breakfast, chew it, a big big glass #3 learn to deep bresth #4 sun baths #5 sauna ... #6 soft stretching, walking #7 grounding #8 stress management #9 plenty of liquids during day #10 eat light and on schedule #11 eat good protein never fried #12 green juices #13 manage stress #14 forgive, forget, let go #15 journaling #16 prayer #17 don't work or think of work on weekends #18 at least 13-14 hours fast after dinner #19 keep up the faith, remember our body its a miracle #20 minimum meds #21 essential nature source-vitamins Vitamin C, D3,k2,B12, Magnesium, omega 3, pottasium... Can’t wait for mine to arrive ! My hands and finger are swollen, some fingers bent and unfortunately I recently jammed them but after so many years of RA meds I’m desperate for the plants God has created🙏 for the service of man I’m praying this is it

Moringa plants or malunggay is commonly grown in the Philippines and other warm weather states. Filipinos use the leaves from the plant in a chicken malunggay soup recipe. It's easy to grow from just a branch cutting of the tree.

I started taking Moringa for pain. It helped tremendously. Told my friend, who had tick fever, and wasnt feeling well. She finally gave it a try. Now she tells everyone about it. It helped her with her overall feeling and gave her energy. Now she can continue with her everyday chores again. Thanks for sharing this with everyone so they can benefit from it too! Blessings!

My doctor said no help for my knees arthritis said to use warm compresses to sooth pain. I tried moringa 2am 2 about 4pm plus added w tblsp to my green/fruit smoothies 1 quart took 3 weeks aches/pain gone!!! Added excersize lots of cardio road my bicycle w5 miles a week plus weight training also tried a plant based diet 80% helped boost my results 😊

I absolutely love your testimony about MORINGA , I purchased it but in a jel in capsule form now it’s not been easy to locate help !!!!! Also have heard that Crista uses the oil (in one of the great videos )now I also learned that I need to keep the powder which I had in a dark bottle, also want to tell you my hair was FALLING OUT DUE TO A MEDICATION I was astounded but now not able to again locat it do u have a list of Companies and the different ways it come in PLEASE AND THANK YOU

I have a big question for you who have RA did you stop take medicine for the remautoide arthritis? I want do too but i read is progressive 😢 so take meds or no ima scare im 40 years old with little kids im scare of metroxetato i just diagnosed 5 months ago and indont been take any medicine .....God bless u family❤❤❤❤

Just take out the processed man made food out of your diet and it solves just about everything. Of coarse get the smoking cigarettes and alcohol out of lifestyle then gradually get the meds out too🥳🥰

Tumeric cucumin and black pepper …magnesium taute ….chorella and spirullina. ..vitamin D 30000IU ( 10 gels a day or more for two months and then get your blood work to check the levels ….lack of vitamin D WILL DO DAMAGE TO YOUR HEALTH

I just found moringa. But I am trying micro ingredients. It's hard for me to get past the taste. This coming from someone that could eat a certain kind of horse paste. 😉 But once I get through this 4 pound bag. I will try this one.

Have you heard anything from people who suffer from Complex Regional Pain Syndrome? My best friend has it and she is suffering extremely bad and she has a very important job and she has to be able to work with a clear head and full attention… as a 911 dispatcher…. I would like to know if there are other people who have tried this first Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and have had success with it. I have been trying to find a good thing for her because I hate seeing her suffer and being in pain constantly Thank so much for anyone who has any information
