@@Barncat01 When the motor shaft in the motor of the servo is rotated, it works like a generator, and it transforms the kinetic energy to electric energy, sending it back to the esc. I think that is also how EVs uses regenerative braking.

Hi Kev, I run the RPM stuff all way round (Bumber as well) and I have no problems with the shock shafts or the CVDs. Video coming soon. I just setting up my Workshop.

@1:18 Servo is back-feeding current into your ESC, you can see the fan turn when you play with the wheel. Not that it's a problem when you drive but i'd keep the wheel wiggling to a minimum.

i have a scx10 crawler and its got a 55t brushed motor. when i spin the wheels by hand with no battery plugged in the esc power light will turn on for a few seconds. its literally its own generator. maybe one day someone will make a system that will charge batteries when your driving so you never really have to take them out to charge

Does anyone notice that at 1:16 , when Kev moves the wheels, the esc fan just rotates a bit. That to me is not at all strange. Another guy on RU-vid has a video on how to start the E revo 2.0 without tge switch. He does a similar thing , and manually steers very fast. Wow.

Kev - when you put the A Arms back on don't put the black washer back on. It will cause the dog bone to pop out when the arms flex. I have even thought about sanding the arm down to make it even a hair shorter.

Another problem with using an electric drill to screw into plastic parts is that the screw gets a lot hotter from the high speed and that can damage the plastic.
