Girlfriend you are a crochet BEAST 😂 I can’t imagine doing that many in a week. They all look amazing. I can see that tooth being a great gift for someone in the dental field.. but my favorite has to be the butterfly!! You’re so talented!

Omgosh, I have got to stop watching RU-vid, my to do list is sooooooo long. I am going to find a few tapestry patterns to make as Christmas gifts and try to squeeze them in. My son likes Lions, swords and Dragons and his G/F loves, basset hounds, Corgis, arrows and cactus. Now to decide. Dana, you work is great, you are a joy to watch. Keep up the great progress. 🥰🥰

wow you made some beautiful pieces. just fyi that cat clock is a classic Felix the Car clock. Felix was very famous in the 60's. Usual colors are black and white. but i love it in the pink too. keep going! you have a great talent!

I know you said you werent sure about the sequins on the dice but i thought it was so cute. It makes them look so magical and i thought it was such a fun addition. When they came into frame before you said it was sequins all i could think was that i loved the added touch even if i couldnt quite see what it was. All of them turned out so great! This was such a fun watch!

The BigTwist yarns are called Varsity because they are school colors for making projects to support your favorite sports team. I really like this project list!!

I’ve made a few pillow covers using tapestry crochet & I’m in LOVE! Just came across your channel & so glad I did. I absolutely want to make that moth tapestry, & the snake you mentioned in a previous blog so I’ll have to check that out too! I'm curious about why the butterfly pattern is sooo big at 89 stitches, but you would make multiples of the cat clock that is 88 stitches. I do realize the butterfly has more colors, but your main complaint was it was so much bigger than the rest.

The butterfly was 90 sts across, maybe 99 i cant remember but the cat clock while it was 88 row high, only about 57 sts or so across. thats why it was so much larger

I have always wanted to try tapestry crochet but I get stuck at the color changes..... If u ever made a vid on tapestry color changes...I would watch it 10000 times lol. (Same with reading a tapestry pattern) Put of curiosity what happens if u do a tapestry in blanket yarn? (Like the dice one)

I have heard a couple people saying this now so I will absolutely make a video on how I color change and how to go about tapestry projects! Thank you for asking and commenting! Doing the tapestry in blanket yarn would be a very interesting, very puffy! lol I dont know how the stitch definition would look but you could absolutely give it a try!

I’m working on a giant Taylor swift tapestry for my friend, it’s gonna be 100cm x 50cm 😮 and there is 180 rows… not to mention 144 for foundation chain, with a combination of 5 colours…. I’m not sure what I done to myself 😂

Love them all, but especially the cat clock and the butterfly. - QUESTION: When you made the snake tapestry you mentioned wanting to put on a backing. Is that something you are still planning on doing with all of these? And if so, will you please take us along with you so we can see how to do it too? :)

I do use acrylic ( because it’s cheapest) specifically I prefer big twist! They tend to have the best color selection for brighter colors! And thank you so much for your comment! I hope this does encourage you to give it a try! 🥰🫶🏻

Yes! The 222 is also my angel number! My dad passed away a few years ago now and 222 has just shown to be my sign from him that he is still with me so it is very special to me in my heart💙 That is amazing that it is yours too! I love that! Thank you for sharing that with me 🥰

Do you just carry the other color behind? Because your cat clock is amazing if you do. I can't see the colors coming through. Mine always show through. Also, if you want to make the dice one bigger, what I do is, just double everything. 2 stitches for each square in the graph, and do each row twice. That's how I make graphs bigger for baby blankets. Your work is amazing, and I love watching you, but the background music is very distracting.

I do carry it behind! I’m planning on making an entire video dedicated to how I go about a tapestry project! And yes on the dice! I wish I would’ve read the measurements I would’ve definitely done that! How much do you charge to sell these pieces ?

These pieces I do not sell. However, if someone wanted to buy one it would be pretty pricey. I would charge starting at $20+ an hr (depending on the project difficulty) and then factoring in the yarn cost, wooden dowel, shipping and then I would add my markup. Soo loong story short, they would be extremely expensive, I love making these for myself though🥰
