buying meat in bulk is alot cheaper if you are able. I'll buy a 33lb box of salmon, usually 2 boxes. And a 40lb box of chicken breast , usually 3 boxes. They last me 2-3 months. Family of 4. Yep extra freezer in the basement and then we only go to grocery once a week for vegetables and fruits. Thanx for the video. Keep up the training!
The most impressive in the video is how big the store is for so few people. In my part of the globe where i live near France/Germany borders, every grocery store you walk in are way smaller and full of people from 7am until the closure waiting in line with 15-20 other people a half hour to checkout is fairly common. Most people i know just feel bad having to go, and drive pick up store are a blessing form most saving sometime hours and dodge some headaches.
If the stores are “way smaller” they would take “way less” people to appear full Secondly. They’re in an upscale area during the week. That means most people are working and not at the grocery store.

I didn’t like sweet potatoes either but red yams baked 💪🏻. White potatoes won’t be offering the micro nutrients you’ll get from sweet potatoes….so choose wisely.
Imagine being a junk food eater, and still looking like this guy.. You can as long as you work out every day. I speak from experience. I also eat lots of protein on top of it.
@@muscleandstrength Exactly most food is actually not junk food. The only thing I see as junk food is pure sugar like Oreo cookies or skittles for example when there really isn't any other nutritional value to be had. At least ice cream has protein in it!
Never understood why anyone would try so hard, and spend so much time, 🤑 money, energy to look bloated, and unnatural. A naturally athletic 👟 body, is so much more attractive.
