Hi an Bsc nurse, Last 4 years health care assistant ayi aanu work chytethu enkil cap program cheyan eligible ano? Last 4 year ayi work chythattundu not RN. As health care assistant. Cgnfs processing chyan pattumo? Health care assistant experience eligible ano cap program chyan? Cgnfs data flow problem varumo ?The applicant is in Newzealand now in dependent visa.
The minimum nursing experience they require is two years within the last five. But there is an increased nationwide shortage of nurses. Thus, I think, CGFNS would consider the applicant. It all depends on the person's experience and clinical background. I would suggest that the person should move on with the application and see what the decision is.
Hi, Good detailed information. Thank you. Could I ask ypu about UK nurses. The bursing council site explains UK nurses do not need tp do CAP. Is this true? Do you know anyone or any information on this please. I have been working in UK for 17 years. NZ has been my dream country. Wouks be much appreciated if you would reply to this at your convenience. Thanks. Mrs Sunny
If you are practicing in the UK you are eligible for a waiver for CAP and IELTs. However, when you apply to NCNZ, they individually assess each application and if they think you need to do CAP, they can ask you to do one. Hope this helps.
