Bhai kisi bhi corporate organization mein two to three rounds of interviews hote hai. 1st HR round hota hai. Jisme Hr ka koi employees yaha waha ke questions puchhta hai like introduce yourself, where you've worked before, what degree you have, where do you see in next 5 years. Basically all stupid question, answer of which already mentioned in my cv. But anyway, HR doesn't know about the field we are applying for hence they ask this unusual question. If you answer this stupid question with confidence. Then next round will be manager round. HoD of the department you're applying for, will take interview. Where it is time to show your real skill and strength. So HR ka interview khud HR ke employees hi lete hai. And 2nd round HR manager leti hai.
You know the factory complaince, Company policies, Statutory compliance, Compansation,PMS,Talent Acquisitions, Labour Laws, Administrative, Employees Engagement,T&D
USA mei hi jakar post graduation krna padhega india mei aise CTCs lene ke liye. Average American University bhi aapko eligible krwa degi aise packages ke liye in india but pehle American company mei job experience lena padhega. Average salary in usa is 70k .
Who is responsible for a Running Factory or Company tell me and documents and complaince needs and who is responsible for the whole establishment procedure

AI and HR will go together, it can only replace the mundane work that HR does but not the whole role of HR. No matter what robots come, human connections are required for the business to grow.
What you wrote.. techfacts... Then ai replace whole it then all it department in crisis... Ai replace humans how can ai replace man.. how can I understand emotion of humans..?
I am thinking to take admission next year for mba..... But I am confused which private university I should select for good placement, faculty, etc...& good for direct admission without cat, mat, cmat, etc. Will you please suggest some universities for mba...?? Please much needed??
Yess, opt for HR specialization in last year, and also after the graduation, go for the recruitment jobs in any company, after u can start your career in HR
Same, went for HR as it was the best (more like forced) option in our college and now I'm wondering is it gonna end well in future? To be honest I'm good in studies and general communications but I don't know much about this field and the jobs related to it therefore as of now I'm completely clueless Like went to some job application site and they're offering fields like executive/associate/recruitment etc, what do I even choose from this 💀 Fellas guide me 😂
The scope of HR courses in both graduation and MBA is quite broad, with opportunities in various industries and sectors. We've covered this topic in some of our videos! ru-vid.comC-yl2oDM1qQ ru-vid.comCN_u1ZAH7W0
Human resources their the people who find, recruit, screen and train job applicants they also determine how much employees will get paid and the benefits they'll receive
@@swathiparsagani5796 mam, actually you can go for mba also in HR otherwise you can start from a small company, they usually hires HR from non MBA background too, so after taking experience you can go for some big companies also.
