Kid is actually being honest with the downpayment to the monthly payment, insurance quote, and vehicle maintenance. It is actually price the same at maintenance to any ordinary vehicle if we're to have a comparison.
noone buys those seats, thats strategic, they put prices like that to minimize work that does not earn money and waste time. They dont stock them and in business like that with few cars selling yearly, its not worth supplying. There is no point to stock and store them because there are years that no one buys them at all, according to mileages and cars sold. So they put price so no one will have desire to buy them. And if some cocky dude asks, they will do it for 10% of a car's price. Also, lowering the price and stocking parts like these would make it easier to rebuild these cars for people. But instead of putting price tag of 5-10k, its worth to put 20k, because it will show value and ego-centered people can brag how much the seat costs. Even though you can restore them for 100 euros as any regular seat.
Started watching your videos last night and I'm now 4+ hours deep into your channel! Thank you for your transparency and for spitting real numbers instead of beating around the bush. I'm excited to continue to watch you grow and I'll definitely be investing my time and money to learn more. Thanks Tanner! :)
Thanks for breaking all the costs down. Not many people who own these cars are willing to talk anything about cost. Early 20's and ballin' makin that money. Nice to see considering many that age have not even moved out of their parent's basement yet. This guy drives a lambo, and owns more than one house. More should take a lesson.
@@theoneanton over a standard aventador yup but if he wants something thats going to go up than he's going to have to get his hands on a hypercar or limited edition car
I have a 2017 SV and the real cost is the gas. Brutal. I paid $530K for mine with 600 miles on it. His numbers in this video are all accurate. No BS here.
Xcs3_challenge Eric is very well known in the car community and has been around 20 years. He’s not from the “ if it’s not online it’s not real” generation.
I literally yelled when you said you pay $450 for insurance. Im paying $500+ for a V6 camaro, I got it when I was 18 and Im 20 now. Got hit from behind and a few tickets which jacked up my rate. And I have a $5,000 deductible
I recently installed a set of tires for a customer with a 2014. The backs were roughly 900 a piece for the OEM P Zeros, fronts were 2 and some change.. for a total price right at around 2700 figuring in tax and shipping, and mounting and balancing which ran 50 per tire. This was with no price gouging or "Lamborghini tax", its what it cost me to buy the guy tires. 🤷♂️
8:52 Lamborghini is owned by Volkswagen, not by Audi.* VW Group also owns Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Bentley, Bugatti, Porsche, Ducati, Scania, and MAN. Someone in the comments says that Lamborghini it's owned by Audi, and Audi it's owned by VW. Wrong. In 1998, Mycom Setdco and V'Power sold Lamborghini to the Volkswagen Group where it was placed under the control of the group's Audi division. Nice video btw. :)
Reevo - Design I was about to write the same haha...but plot twist - Porsche is one of VW group subsidiaries right? But VW group is owned by Porsche SE equity is 30.8% and 52.2% is their voting rights and Porsche SE is owned by 100% by Porsche and Piëch family....so it’s kinda more like Porsche owns Audi, Lamborghini, VW, Bugatti.......
@@jaypaf4709 Yep, just read about this thing, you are right. It's just that Porsche SE and Porsche are 2 different things, Porsche makes cars, while Porsche SE it's more of an investment firm. So the right path it's something like this: PorscheSE -> Volkswagen AG (Volkswagen Group) -> Audi, Porsche, Lambo, etc.
I’m building wealth investing 26 yrs old man…you’re good.no accidents etc keep that up big bro!! Much love!!! Man!!! I see how you got There good very good grief not bad grief 😮💨
Surprisingly those costs are almost the same as my R8, except for the gas costs because of the high price in the Netherlands. I've also owned other supercars around €100k but I really hate the depreciation when putting a lot of mileage or mods on it. Thinking about buying something cheaper like an M4 and not worrying about putting miles on it or modding it. Do you feel the same with expensive supercars? Thanks bud!
His main cost are depreciation (from 500 to 440) 60k insurance (0,45x12)5.5k intrest (1.5kx2x12)36k gas (0.085x3x12) 3k Total 104,500 usd per year He put 4000 miles on it, so 260 dollars per 10 miles I think its expensive, but I also think he is telling the truth, unfortunately. I can not afford it, unfortunately.
I love how he said if you are worried about gas you probably shouldn't be buying this car you cant afford it just yet ... yet you know how many people try and tear people down over shit like this... you will never have it you can't get stuff like that in life but this guy gives you hope he said maybe later just not today 😁
Lamborghini is own by Audi, and as Lambo subsidiary they own Ducati, and yes VW Group owns the stakes but is irrelevant, and VW group 51% is own by Porsche, which is irrelevant as well, one thing has nothing to do with the other ! in other words you are trying to say VW owns Lamborghini, but is not like that in the real world.
@@Kstunnnaman23 Actually Porsche owns 51% of VW but VW manages Porsche and so retains control, so it is not the normal situation with majority shareholdings
Thank you for the transparency! This is my true dream car besides the Camaro ZL1 1LE, so its good to know what I am looking at in terms of cost. Thanks again!
Hey, they just made the svj which is the new car BUT they made more of the svj than the sv so, your car will start to appreciate if you keep it for a while especially since the sv is in every generation of lambo v12’s just wanted you to know to keep it and this is my favorite car so pls keep it
@Chris M lol yes they do , low miles the car will likely appreciate/hold value when you wanna move on or just not have depreciating assets , some won't worry about miles but likely they do worry about them
Stradman talked about that issue with his first lambo, he drove it everywhere but it was costly in maintaining, and all that mileage drop the value way down. Again it's different for RU-vidrs when they are essentially making $ off of the car via they're video content.
beautiful car my guy. My 2 cents is - consider to invest your next chunk of money, if we're buying an exotic car, the value is usually dropping about 50% after purchase. Is it worth it long term? something to consider- cool channel - keep it up
@@connormcgregor4578 I'm so glad that you have explained what you are :D I wasn't expecting much from you, as you have showed your low IQ with your first comment anyway :D
I'm confused by the math here. You paid $470,000 for the car and put 250,000 down. Let's forget about the tax and fees for a minute. That leaves you with a $220,000 loan. If your payment is $3749 per month over 60 months, then you're financing $224,940 over 5 years. That means your interest rate is 0%, but you contradict that at 1:35 when you say your interest is about $1,500 per month of your payment for the first year. You're right in saying interest payments are higher in the beginning of a loan as that's how amortization works, but $1,500 in first month interest means you're paying 8% on $225,000. That also seems highly unlikely, as your monthly payment would then be over $4,500 a month. I apologize if you clarified later in the video, but I'm genuinely curious as to how the loan is structured and those numbers work out that way
Interest is front loaded on auto loans Taxes and fees were 30k so that’s a big chunk hence the interest ur missing Also at the end of the is a single 100k payment as the last payment so it’s like financing 100k less my interest rate is 4%
@@TannerJFoxOfficial Cool, I guess its different on exotics. Every auto loan I've had has been simple interest, looks like this has more structured terms
Own a Lambo or any high end sports car its like owning a semi truck as far as its concerned to maintenance costs that`s it. Semi truck truck tires $400 - 600 * 10, oil change $300 - 500 depending on where you get it done, servicing a semi DEF system or just repairs $2,000 - 6,000 . The plus the semi truck makes you money. But nice car.
Why dont you change the oil yourself ? Jack it up take the nut outta youre oil pan drain it put the oil pan plug back in then take youre oil filter off replace it then put new oil its easy bro save ya 300
It’s a $500K car, unless he has his own garbage with a decent jack; I don’t think he should be attempting anything. Considering it’s so low to the ground, and I’m sure there’s certain things he’d have to look for. If you can’t take something like this to a Chevy dealership, I’m sure there’s something special with it - given the whole basis of a “authorized dealer”
Crazy how you’re going to to get most of your money back when you dump it. I’m looking at this or an 812 super fast . That is the beauty when buying certain exotics. Im waiting until i purchase my next house till I pull the trigger.
I havent seen any of your vids in awhile.. but damn! Ive been going to the house of gainz myself after I started Amazon FBA and quit my 9-5 job last year. Keep up the good work and thanks for being an inspiration 🎉🎊
You can take those seats to an upholstery guy and soften them up for a grand or so. Might help big with comfort. Just some good foam and good quality fabrics. No big deal.
The only thing Australia does right... 2018 Corolla $120 a month, it’s cheaper with other insurers but I’m loyal to one cause they’re quick and hassle free with claims.
You forgot the Tune-up. On a Ferrari Testarossa, one cannot drive over 3500 miles between adjustments. They do an oil change and drop the engine to do the adjustments. It runs about $5,500 per service.
