Hey Ahmed! It depends: If your are planning on doing your bachelor here, you have to be careful because most bachelors are in dutch (some english bachelors are aerospace engineering, nanobiology and computer science, for example). But all masters are in english! In terms of communicating with locals there are no issues, everyone speaks a least a little english. Hope this helps! :)
